I’m a lifelong local. I usually do not write negative reviews. However, I will not recommend this florist. I ordered an arrangement for a special occasion. She called to tell me they didn’t have a single flower in the color that I ordered. She offered to do a pink and white arrangement. I said “will you provide the value that I paid for?” ($100!) She said, I’ll throw in some red roses for you. I thought that was a peculiar solution but figured I could trust her if I could see a photo to verify that the arrangement met the dollar amount I paid. She said she didn’t even know how to use a computer or use text so a photo was out of the question. Several hours later I received a text from the recipient with a photo of the arrangement. I am mortified and furious. I ordered a modern, sleek arrangement with roses and tulips. The recipient received a horribly outdated arrangement with the handful of roses that the florist promised, but it’s filled with baby’s breath and carnations. Carnations and baby's breath for $100!!! This was hands down the most unsophisticated, cheap-looking arrangement I’ve ever seen. I could have done better going to the grocery store and putting together three arrangements myself for the price I paid for this one atrocity. I often support local businesses, but this woman clearly took advantage of a customer. She knew there wouldn’t be repercussions from this sad attempt at an arrangement since the product was delivered. $100 bucks in her pocket and the recipient’s special event has been ruined. Do not use this florist.

I love this florist company! Every time I call she remembers who I am, and knows the flowers I love to order. If they do not serve the address you are requesting, she is sure to find someone who will! They are super friendly and are always willing to help. The flowers are beautiful and I know I can count on them to make everything perfect!

I ordered from them for a first time meeting of a new friend. I was driving 12 hours and wanted to send her some flowers for her birthday. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful, asked a few questions and then asked if I would like for her to put together something pretty that she knew would be well-liked. I graciously accepted and was not disappointed! They were delivered to my friend's workplace and she and the flowers were the talk of the whole building. We celebrated her birthday that night at dinner and the flowers lasted for 10 days! She was thrilled, I was thrilled and am now a future happy customer!
