Unbelievable service! Michelle is somebody who loves her flowers and takes her work very personally. You will not find a better florist anywhere around here. You will not just walk away with a great bouquet of flowers, you will walk away with a new group of friends. Even after the sale, her knowledge and support continued to impress me. She was chosen by the website i had found and after a series of horrible services by the other company, and right when i was convinced that flowers were something I'd never do again, Michelle shows up and honestly saved the day.

On one of the busiest days of the year (Valentine's Day) I called on a whim at the last minute and asked if they could take care of me. I spoke to Chris and he was great. I don't live in St Mary's, and I've never been to their shop, so he had to help me navigate the delivery and explain what arrangements they could create. They were able to get me taken care of and get my flowers delivered. I was blown away by the customer service! Ask for Chris and you won't be disappointed.

I sent flowers to my mom for Mother's Day and their driver didn't ring the door bell. Left the flowers outside on a 90 degree day next to the trash can. I passed by a flower shop recently and thought of Michelle Donini. My mom gave them tons of business when she was alive and I always liked going to the shop with her. Everyone there was always very kind, and my mom was always pleased with whatever she got there (whether flowers, cards, plants, whatever!) A lot of the original plants on our property came from Donini's ages ago, when they were still located by the old hospital. They in turn created a beautiful flower arrangement for my mom when she died and I never got the chance to say a proper thank you. I would hope that that same quality has followed then through the years and that they continue to flourish for generations to come.

Large varieties of plants and flowers. Very helpful service. I had to purchase funeral flowers recently and I learned through conversations some important details about the deceased so I could add a small detail to the flower arrangement. Donini's is a fine establishment and I wholeheartedly recommend this Florist & Nursery for all your floral needs.
