On Wednesday my husband called and ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED!!! My husband called several times on Valentine’s Day and they never would pick up the phone. When he finally got through to them the next morning they said they would have them delivered sometime on Friday. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I called to speak to the owner and to tell her that she ruined my Valentine’s Day and that we wanted our money back I called to speak to the owner and to tell her that she ruined my Valentine’s Day and that we wanted our money back and SHE LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME!!! WHO DOES THAT!!! How do you run a business like that! When I call back the girl who answered said if I had a complaint to call back next Wednesday!!! I am all about supporting local businesses but this is totally unacceptable and uncalled for!!!

No idea about their product quality but I can attest that their delivery people are horrible and dangerous drivers. One, in a maroon Kia (tag# BTX8659), tailgated me and almost hit my car. They then cut across a few lanes with no signal. They had Daisy Patch written all over their car (I have a photo) and therefore are a representative of your business....not a very good one with that driving.

One of the worst arrangements I have ever seen put together in my entire life. I cannot believe a florist would actually send something that looked like what I received out of their front door. The arrangement was loaded with greenery and several of the flowers were already wilted and/or tipped over by the time I received it. Even though freshwater was added and it was kept in a cool office environment out of the sun, by day 2 the only flowers remaining were the sunflowers and the lilies. The rest I had to pull out and throw in the trash. What a shame and a complete waste of money. The arrangement looks nothing like what was pictured.

Very unprofessional. A friend of my moms tried ordering flowers for her birthday. Wanted them delivered to her at work. My mom gets off 1:30. She told them if they can be delivered to her work before 1:30 to deliver them there if not then deliver them to her at home. Very simple instruction. However they were delivered to her home way too early, just left them sitting on the porch, which upset my friend. When you order flowers isn’t the main point to have them physically deliver to whomever?! Told the driver she was pissed. She gets a call from the owner, who originally took the order, telling her shes refunding her money and to never use her florist again. All because of her “inappropriate language”. She expressed her frustration by telling the driver she was pissed. Cus she clearly stated she wanted them delivered to her at work before 1:30 not left on her porch while she’s still at work. So I try to call hoping I can help the situation to get my mother a beautiful flower arrangement for her birthday. As soon as I revealed to what I was calling about the lady’s (owners) tone changed to very rude. She told me of the “language” my moms friend used. However she exaggerated to the point where she made it sound like my moms friend used every vulgar word known to mankind to cuss out her 71 year old delivery guy. It’s not about who’s right or who’s wrong, it’s about paying for a service to be as requested. They couldn’t even carry out a simple task to deliver flowers. Come to find out they are out of business. Makes sense now.

Ordered Valentine flowers for my wife. Called days in advance. On Feb 14 the flowers had not arrived by noon so called and asked when they would be delivered. Was told they didn't know. Flowers finally arrived at 4PM. The arrangement was okay but not anything spectacular.

I had a great experience with Penny at the Daisy Patch twice this month with very little notice. She took great care of me and did so as if I were a family member. I will always take my business to her. And the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Just check out the roses posted in March! And my Mother loved those chocolates! Thank you Penny and Daisy Patch!
