A big mistake Do not sell anything online you do not have! I ordered a pot of flowers for the wedding of friends and I got very simple one without flowers. First and last time!

Wow! Where to begin? David and his team made our dreams a reality for our big day, all the while keeping everything within our budget. I trusted his vision and loved their attention to detail. We got married 5 months ago, and people are still raving about the fairytale decor we had floating all around. If you’re looking for someone to do decor on your big day, save yourself some time and sanity by going with these guys. They’re phenomenal and I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else to do the job.

I have never gotten flowers that even remotely compare to the flowers from Chelsea floral. I've told my husband don't bother buying them if they are not from Chelsea Floral. They last sometimes over 2 weeks and the fragrance is beautiful. You definitely get more than what you pay for with Chelsea floral. I have referred MANY of my friends to them and all have had the same reviews. BEST flowers in town and probably the best in the country if I were to guess!

I found Chelsea Florists which was close to the delivery location but I am so thankful that I found them. I worked with David and he was fantastic! He called to let me know that the peonies haven’t been the best of quality as of late and he wanted to make sure I was ok with swapping the peonies with something else. This normally wouldnt be a problem, but I ordered the flowers specifically for the peonies as they are my sisters favorite flower; and the bouquet was for her 40th bday. So, David made it happen! He sent me a photo of the beautiful arrangement before sending to get the ok and then delivered them punctually and my sister adored the flowers!!!! Thank you David, you’re amazing!

I called Chelsea Floral Designs after hours on Friday night from Los Angeles. I didn't leave a message as I realized they were long closed. A few minutes later I received a call from David Clarke. He said he would be happy to hand deliver my requested arrangement ("Secret Garden"), the following day, Saturday to Marietta. My friends called me to say the flowers were so beautiful, fresh & especially meaningful as they are missing their own CA home garden due to an unexpected illness keeping them in GA. It is indeed rare to "virtually" meet someone over the phone as trusting, professional and kind as David Clarke. I offered my credit card but he said he would invoice the following week after he did the work and delivered the flowers. I highly recommend David and his company for excellent customer service and exquisite flower arrangements. Looking forward to using Chelsea Floral Designs again in the near future!

The entire experience was very positive, online ordering was easy and fast, loved the BloomSnap of the flowers and most importantly the flower arrangement was beautiful. My friend said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received, even after 11 days the flowers were gorgeous, magic! Needed to place an order for a bereavement arrangement to be delivered the same day. I selected a lovely calla lilly arrangement from their site. After placing the order, I received a call, shortly there after, letting me know that the calla lillies were not available and that an arrangement can be made to suit the occasion. The result was a gorgeous arrangement that I hope will bring some comfort to the grieving family. Chelsea Floral Design is top notched, accommodating and understands the needs of their customers. Such a wonderful experience. My boyfriend sent me flowers while he was away and I was not home to receive them. They left the flowers in a shady spot near my front door and called twice to follow up to make sure I received them. Upon chatting with Dave, the owner, he said they had just missed me and for me to please make sure the flowers had extra water since they were left outside for about a 1/2 hr. In my opinion, this company went above and beyond in making sure our flower delivery service was stellar. I'm so glad they left them outside or else I wouldn't have received them til the next day. I am shocked to see the 2 stars Roy left but very happy to read Dave's response. Love this flower company and will def be using them for all occasions going forward. Thank you Chelsea Floral!

One of the easiest and best experiences ever.I called before they opened to see if perhaps someone was in early and could help me. Dave called me back before they even opened in the morning. Worked with my on my item I wanted but offered to enhance it and deliver it quicker than the pre-packaged product. Bottom line is that my wife was ecstatic. She immediately texted pics to me. The quality of the flowers is amazing! My wife is recovering from cancer and was having a very trying morning. I decided to provide a pick me up for her and it tuned out better than was expected. Chelsea floral knows how to #dothat #handlethat and #dreamthat! A family member used Chelsea for their February wedding and loved the consultation process, and the end result was STUNNING! The whole team are true experts in design and aesthetics. Knowing how capable they are, for our May wedding, we simply made a call. I told them the flowers I like, the colors we’d like to see and how many we needed for centerpieces. The staff politely reminded me of the other items I would need (like corsages for mother’s) and made sure that I wasn’t forgetting anything. It was a 20 min phone call- and the results were BREATHTAKING! I love that Chelsea listened to my preferences and delivered on those, instead of whatever was popular at the time. They even provide delivery and set up and strike, really helping your event run smoothly! This was one of the best experiences I've had with a florist. They came highly recommended from several friends so I was excited to use them for flowers I needed delivered last week. They had a beautiful selection at a range of price points which was nice. They were also extremely nice to work with and even sent me a photo of the completed bouquet before they delivered it so I got to see exactly how it turned out (which is great because sometimes you order flowers and never even get to see what they look like and if what you paid for is what was delivered). A 5 star honest review worth reading. I placed an order with this company for an arrangement to be delivered to someone. I received pictures of what was sent and truthful was not impressed. Especially when comparing the value to the work. I immediately called the business and was able to speak to David the owner. The beginning of our conversation was a bit tense, but David was able to hear my disappointment and acted immediately. He was open in discussing the options that we had and was willing to do whatever it took to ensure that we as customers were happy with the ending result. He took it upon himself to make another arrangement that was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and had it delivered immediately at no extra charge! The kicker is that he made sure to FaceTime me to see it before sending it out. David is an incredible owner that is wholeheartedly passionate about his work and business.
