Nikki at Carithers worked with just that information and immediately you could see the wheels turning as she made suggestions. Terribly disappointed. I ordered flowers for a friend having surgery and the flowers never arrived. I was told they would be delivered that same day. Unfortunately, they did not attempt delivery until the next day - when she was out of the hospital. While everyone I spoke with on the phone was very polite I cannot give any more than 1 star because they failed to meet their promise of delivering the same day. Ended up canceling my order and went with another florist. They will not receive my business again.

Pricey but probably worth it. I never expected to spend on flowers what I did for my party, but they came out so beautiful! Nikki was great to work with and was very patient with me going back and forth. The arrangements looked exactly like the picture I brought. Everyone talked about them and even wrote me about how gorgeous they were! Only a couple of minor things: when she sent me photos of the final product before delivery, they were missing the gold accents, which was the main event, but they corrected it. And I'm a little disappointed that I didn't receive a call asking how they were after the event or a confirmation that their vases were picked up from the location... But great customer service otherwise. Would recommend them!

If I could give them 0 stars i would. I ordered a birthday arrangement for my mother and paid extra to same day delivery and delivery before noon, once it arrived i noticed the flowers were dead, it looked nothing like the picture and i was furious. I called up and explained my situation. They were very polite and apologized and said they would send a replacement and refund my money. Great, thank you, once the second arrangement arrive it was the same as before, dead, and nothing like the picture. I ordered the arrangement on the 2-16-17 and was told the refund was processed that day. I understand it takes a couple days for it to process back into your account. Im going on a week now with no refund and every time i call i get the same excuse on how it should process the current day. I will not be ordering any more arrangement from the establishment. Stay clear, i learned my lesson.

We've ordered from Carither's several times, and never had a problem. This Mother's Day, what we ordered fell short of our expectations. The arrangement was still beautiful, as theirs always are, BUT it was much smaller than we anticipated and definitely didn't match the price tag that we paid for the flowers. I was disappointed in them only because I was expecting a much grander arrangement. I called Carither's and explained my issue, and they were more than accommodating. They gave me a partial refund, as I didn't want a full refund; I just wanted to pay a fair amount for the arrangement delivered. We will absolutely use them again in the future. They not only have the most gorgeous flowers, but they also have excellent customer service!!

They were fantastic! I needed a special corsage, and they got it done right away, even though they were closing early for the holiday. The pictures on their website made it super easy to order, but honestly, the final product was nicer than the picture. I had called all over town, and no one else could do it or even had the flowers I wanted.

I ordered the Florist's Choice for $125 before delivery cost. Based on orders of the same price from other flower shops I was very underwhelmed. Looks more like half the price. Next time i'll make sure to pick out exactly what looks like they're worth the price. Next day delivery was painless though. *Update. Carithers immediately called me to make things right.This is the kind of pride all companies should take in their product. I will definitely try them again.

A picture is worth a thousand words. For years Carithers Flowers has been my husband’s favorite florist for Valentine’s Day, my birthday and our wedding anniversary. Yesterday was no different as Carithers consistently delivers the most beautiful fresh flowers and arrangements either of us has ever seen. They also have great customer service. When the delivery person had trouble locating my office yesterday, someone from the florist contacted me directly to let me know there was an issue. They put me in direct contact with their employee and after a few conversations between the driver and myself, my beautiful roses were delivered and I couldn’t have been more pleased with their appearance. My daughter ordered flowers for my birthday yesterday from Carither's Florist. We had used them for her prom several years ago. She knows that is only place I will order flowers from. My daughter had the flower arrangement delivered to my business. She did not know that I had to go home because of a stomach virus. When she found out she called Carither's to divert the order to our home address. They had already delivered the arrangement. Since I wasn't at work my business neighbors signed for the arrangement. They knew I went home sick and planned to give them to me today. My daughter was upset they were delivered to our neighbors but I wasn't. She called Carithers and asked them to pick up the vase at my business neighbors and bring them to my home address. I received the most beautiful arrangement yesterday afternoon. Thank you Carithers! This morning when I got into work my I had another surprise, my business neighbors brought over the arrangement delivered yesterday. Carither's did not pick up that arrangement so now I have one at work and one at home! Their customer service is number one. This company cares about their customers. I have been ordering from Carither's Florist for the last 37 years. I, nor anyone I have sent flowers to, have ever received a bad arrangement. Everyone is always surprised at how long the flowers last. I just follow the directions with the fresh packet that comes with the arrangement. I have had flowers last for up to three weeks depending upon the type of flowers they are. You can tell they haven't been stored in a warehouse for days. Their flowers are ALWAYS fresh and always arranged so perfectly. Not only are the flowers perfect, the phone representative who takes your orders are very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Your friends and family will love you forever when you spoil them with an arrangement from Carither's Florist!

Strongly recommend this florist! I called yesterday at 4:30pm from DC to send flowers to a friend who was working in Atlanta and had just received the sad news of the loss of a family member and Nikki couldn’t have been more accommodating and professional. I made the call while I was stuck in traffic and she was so patient with all my questions. I ordered the Sweet Petite in Pastels with the orquid and it was delivered just like the photo on the website. It was delivered at 9:30 am! He was happy and surprised and told me that they smell exquisite! I strongly recommend anyone to use this florist and make sure you take the time to ask for what you want. As soon as I started telling Nikki the story and what I envisioned, she recommended the arrangement I got and it was absolutely perfect! As a military guy I wasn't sure how good this business was....a shot in the dark more or less. I sent someone flowers and she was baffled by how amazing the flowers are. I had to change the time of delivery to a bit earlier without having to pay extra and they did one better and delivered an hour before they predicted. Needed an nice bouquet for my Granmother's 70th birthday, which was on Saturday. Had placed an order on Friday afternoon with another company for delivery on Saturday. They called me Saturday morning to tell me that they are all out of the flowers that my arrangement needed. So I called another place which also had the same story! Luckily, that place recommended Carithers, and I am so happy they did! The girl who answered my call was very kind and efficient, got my order placed with no issues and delivered it just a couple hours later! We had to plan a backyard wedding pretty quickly RIGHT after Thanksgiving. Nikki was amazing!! She never made me feel rushed (which I was). They were ridiculous and were acting like it was a bother for them to take my order. Also learn to speak proper English, it would go a long way!

Amazing floral presentation. I was looking in Atlanta for the best of the best, and I found it. At first disappointed because I wanted to go into a store, and the many locations implied I could do so easily, I was glad I made the quick trip to Marietta. I spoke to a top-notch designer, whose floral fluency was phenomenal. I didn't know what kind of flowers I wanted, but I knew the message I wanted to send. What a genius. His arrangement was the best I've ever ordered. I will definitely use them (HIM!) for all my Atlanta flower delivery. One thing they could improve - I asked for afternoon delivery, and the flowers arrived at 11am. Not a big deal - I still look forward to working with them again! -Brett

Complete hopeless when it comes to refunding a cancelled order. I’ve been waiting for over 3-weeks for a refund to my PayPal account; chased them up several times, get told that someone will get back to me, but they never do. I’m very frustrated with Carithers Flowers, and will think carefully before using them again - a poor customer experience.

Wonderful service. Flowers looked just like the online picture. They even made two delivery attempts when the recipient wasn't home, and were successful on the third. Given the Georgia heat I really appreciate that they didn't just dump it on a porch, where we would have ended up with a puddle of chocolates and wilted flowers.

Unfortunate experience. My friend had a week long business trip in the Atlanta area so I ordered a gift basket to be delivered to his hotel. The gift basket was supposed to include gourmet meats and cheeses, crackers, a tin of cookies, tea and a few pieces of fruit. What was delivered was a fruit basket with 8 pieces of fruit plus a chocolate bar, chex mix, a package of cookies and a tub of process cheese spread. I'm not saying what was delivered wasn't of equivalent value, it was very nice in it's own right. It just wasn't what was ordered and was disappointing. When one spends a lot of money for a gift, one expects to receive what was ordered. I think this place had friendly staff who just took too many personal liberties fulfilling a request. Won't repeat business there.

Ordered flowers yesterday at 3:00 PM to be delivered today. Order went through successfully and I never heard another word. After becoming concerned they still were not delivered, I called and was told that I "submitted the order past their cutoff, so it couldn't be fulfilled." Would have been great to have been informed of this! The person who helped me on the phone was helpful and courteous, and I'm sympathetic to how hard it must be to process all of these last minute orders, but this was still a big disappointment. Don't take orders if you can't deliver them!

I am neither happy or completely dissatisfied with my order. I will not use them in the future. I placed an order this morning expecting delivery by tomorrow but, was surprised that I could have it done by this afternoon. I was online looking at their web site as I placed my order to be sure I ordered exactly what I had in mind. I moved to Idaho this year and my usual florist had sold their business. I found this one in a google search. I ordered a deluxe arrangement with a cost of over $100. It was for my friend's birthday and, since her husband had passed away, wanted to make sure she received something very special. My order was delivered to my friend before she left work however, this is where my issue begins. I didn't realize my friend worked in a secure building until the CSR (customer service rep) called to inform me the delivery driver couldn't get the order to my friend's floor. They did try to contact my friend via phone but she could not answer at the time. The CSR's attitude was if I had created a disaster. I was driving at the time and immediately pulled over to text my friend, there was a delivery person at security could she go down? My friend immediately sent me a picture of her flowers. She had already been down to get them. I'm puzzled as to why there was such an inconvenience created by me when my friend already had her flowers. My next issue was with the flower arrangement itself. As I said, she sent me a picture and response, "They're beautiful". And I agree, the quality of the flowers themselves and the type were correct as far as I could tell from the picture. However, the arrangement was not a deluxe version of anything I saw on the website. I would have considered what she got a standard order if anything. The first thing that came to mind was sparse and rip off (at least for what I spent). Certainly NOT worthy of $120 and not as shown in the picture. I'm sure because it was technically an internet/phone order from someone 2000 miles from Atlanta, they didn't expect me to see what they actually sent. I'm glad my friend liked them and they were at least pretty but, will not use this florist again. Buyer Beware
