I am VERY upset with the quality of the flower arrangements that I ordered from this company to be delivered on Saturday, April 28th. When I called to inquire about the quality of the arrangement and the quality of the flowers, the man I spoke to told me that he stood by his work which, in my opinion, left much to be desired. When I politely asked him for a refund, he said that he would not. Then I told him that I would write a review on Google which prompted him to threaten me. He said, "Well, ma'am, if you want to do that, I want you to know that I find you on the internet and I will find out who you are, where you work, and let your boss know about the kind of woman you are." What he did not know was that I was on speaker phone and these threats can be corroborated by another witness. If you care about how you spend your money and about the quality of your flower arrangements, do not purchase from Beautiful Flowers.

I am in Florida and used a popular florist to send flowers, paid extra for same day delivery. Was called 8 hours later and told my flowers would not be sent until 4 days later. I took a chance and called Beautiful Flowers very late in the day and they not only delivered the flowers within several hours but created a beautiful arrangement for my sister in law. I can't thank you guys enough. I will recommend that all my family and friends in the Valdosta area call Beautiful Flowers.. Your guaranteed excellent service and a beautiful product..
