Very poor service and attitudes. I purchased a floral arrangement for my fiance's funeral. They left the d off of forever loved and didn't put who the arrangement was from. It was the only anonymous reef at the funeral. They even went as far as excusing the mistake by stating it was a complimentary ribbon so in essence what was written wrong did not matter.

Horrible experience, I never got the flowers delivered after confirming the day prior and called 20 times the day of with no answer. Never got an explanation of why the flowers were never delivered on Valentine's Day and literally ruined the whole experience.

BEWARE! I received a bouquet of flowers and they died in less than 48 hours. I called the store and explained to the manager that a friend had them sent and he tried to tell me that he picked them up in the store. I explained again that the person lived more than 2 hours from the metro area. He asked if the note was typed and I said yes. I said the only reason why I called was because of the statement regarding if they failed to meet my expectations. He finally apologized and was told they would redeliver on Monday. On Tuesday my friend called to follow up. The person that answered the phone was rude and said they would NOT redeliver and flowers die. Then I thought, if they can't get their own address right w/o typos then how can they provided excellect service. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this florist. Ordered "Just Because" surprise flowers to an amazing WOMAN and once recd, I was the one who was totally surprised. Arrangements died at time they blossoming. She is a flower girl (literally) Once called the company to share experience, manager stated that he was not correcting order and would not replace order. He was very rude and showed no remorse for making a correction to the order. Manager stated that he would not allow me to speak w/ his boss. Sad, but true!

I NEVER write reviews but I have to write about the awful service this place has provided. My sweet daddy purchased me two dozen roses for my bday and paid over $150 for them. I received the flowers early afternoon on Thursday 9/26 by Monday morning they were dead. There was water in the vase but still I took them out and cut the stem and replaced with fresh water but they still all died. I also received another set of roses and flowers on the same day and they are just as beautiful as day one. I called and spoke with Nicole and even sent her a photo of the flowers. She said she is sorry but their roses do not last longer than 3-5 days and they receive fresh flowers about 2-3 times a week. So I guess they gave me the Monday flowers on Thursday. They crammed them in this vase that was too small for them to breathe! They refuse to give my daddy back his money but rather asked if we wanted more dead flowers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

How can your not like a place that sells plain dozens of roses for $9.99 in a variety of colors. This has been a hidden gem for years in DeKalb county they also offer a assortment of flowers/arrangements to suit all occasions. The only problems I have is the location right off the expressway because the traffic behind you doesn't like to slow down and the big price jump when you get something other than the plain roses but still a great value just buy your own base.

I have never written a review in my life, so this should express my anger. Terrible service, messed up my order and had no idea what was going on, messed up all of my plans. i reached out the next morning and they said they would update me, which they didnt. so i called in and they told me that the order was never fully processed. at that point it was too late to find another solution. they claimed they had so many orders it was hard to keep up; well you're a flower shop and it's valentine's day. I understand it's the busiest time of the year for you but what did you expect? This is your time to prove you can handle it. And you failed. Unacceptable. I hope no one has to deal with this nonsense.

I ordered an arrangement from out of state to be delivered to my daughter in Decauter. The arrangement that she received was similar to what was pictured on their website but lacking in a couple areas. The vase was different and was missing the metallic accents & congrats medallion. One flower type was missing from the arrangement (which was the important blue flower to tie in with the blue vase) and carnations were used instead of gerbera daisies. I contacted them and expressed my disappointment. They were very helpful, apologized and offered to give me a full refund. I told them I didn't expect them to refund the entire amount; I only asked for a $20 credit. They actually issued more than that......about half the total cost. So I was satisfied with the customer service and would do business with them again. BUT, I would call and place the order over the phone. I would ask them to view the online arrangement with me and confirm that they had the exact materials available to deliver what I'm expecting.
