I used Accent Florist for a Valentines Delivery as a last resort because my florist of choice was booked up. I have numerous complaints. First off I was given an attitude when I called to check on the status. Second complaint is that the boutiques I received look nothing like what was pictured on their website. Finally not even a day later and the flowers are all half dead already. I will not recommend or use this florist again.

My boyfriend ordered me flowers to be delivered, it was suppose to be Roses and Lillies, the picture of what he picked out looked nothing like what was delivered. When he called them they told him they substituted carnations for roses because they were out of roses. They used a bunch of cheap filler flowers rather than bringing me what he ordered. I feel like he was ripped off. They offered to him to come pick up the flowers and bring me something else, but it was already done. They should have delivered what he ordered and paid for the first time or contacted him to let him know they could not do that particular bouquet he requested.

I would give a 0 star if I could! Horrible place to order flowers from! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! The manager is rude and has zero customer service. Go smoke another cigarette. Puff Puff---exhale

If I could give this business a 0 I would. Not professional ! I recommend Town and Country!! And Don Draper isn't a loyal customer, he works part time for u. I have been praying for all of u for a loooong time. But what I said is true. Y'all have alot to answer for. Just saying. Yep I am y'alls ex family. Y'all's fault, not mine.

I am so embarrassed by the candy arrangement you sent on my behalf. You didn't even use name brand candy or chocolate. I could have done better at dollar tree. Furthermore, 6 no name brand of candy doesn't constitute the $$$$ I spent and don't get me started on your poor pathetic excuse of a bow. Thank you so much for ruining something special.

I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. It looked nothing like the picture online. It looked like a $29.99 arrangement from the grocery store. I was so embarrassed. I spoke with the owner, Diane, and she offered to bring out the 5 missing Rose's, or I could wait till Monday, since today was later in the day on Saturday and she would send something else out. I have already been embarrassed, so that wasn't acceptable. I even called their shop when I placed the order and told them to make sure it looked nice. I was promised it would. Instead, they charge me $90 for the Rose's, $12 for delivery, and then send an arrangement that was embarrassing. I sent the picture to the owner. She knows how bad it looked, therefore, she should have offered to credit half of my money back. Instead, she told me they would give me a credit on my next order. I would be scared to trust another order from them. If you order from them, make sure you get what you pay for!!
