I recently ordered an arrangement for delivery to my grandmother...last minute on her birthday. I live in Nebraska...totally forgot... and had to get something there quick from a thousand miles away. I called around 1:00 my time (2:00 in GA) and asked if they could put together an arrangement and deliver that day. They totally came through, and had a beautiful arrangement delivered to my grandmother's house by 4:00. She loved it, and I didn't feel like a total jerk for not getting something in the mail sooner. They will definitely be my goto florist when I need something for my family in Georgia.

Their customer service is horrible. Delivered the wrong flowers at first once it was brought to their attention they tried to correct the issue but threw the arrangement together. The manager is very rude and had a attitude once i told him i wasn’t satisfied. He also told me that he would refund me the money or fix the issue. I will never order from them again. Please be careful what you order from these people.

I swear, this place is Trash! Ordered flowers for my girl and THOUGHT they would deliver them, like I asked and PAID FOR. They wind up taking the flowers to the WRONG address and then argue me down that they delivered it. But said no one was there so they LEFT IT ON THE PORCH. But at the time when they CLAIM they delivered it, she was home. So unprofessional!!! Waste of money! Please don't bother! I wonder if they are even a REAL florist store...

I called in this morning to another flower shop to see what prices of flowers were for my sister in law. The lady that i spoke with was short, to the point and wasn't very friendly. Almost irritated sounding with my questions. After that i called Absolutely Flowers. Not only did I get wonderful service from the lady that answered the phone, but she also gave me suggestions. Although the price were a little more expensive at Absolutely Flowers, i would rather spend my money there rather than go somewhere less expensive with bad service. I pay for service, not the product!

I've had many experiences with Absolutely Flowers. My most recent is the bouquet my husband ordered for me from himself and our kiddos for Mother's Day. It's the most amazing and exquisite bouquet I've received by far. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING ABSOLUTELY FLOWERS. Absolutely Flowers gets it right every time and if they don't they try and make sure they do. Gorgeous flowers, wonderful service and the staff is honorable, reliable and professional.

First time customer, stopped in on my 27th anniversary Sept 1, 2017 at first I was a little irritated because it took 5 - 10 mins before someone acknowledge me in the store... but working in customer service, I understand, but at least say welcome will be with you in a few minutes, many was working in the back and one on the phone. The young lady ask whats the occasion, anniversary I explained, she say it would take about an hour to put together..... I needed to have them before 12 noon and it was 11:15 am, she showed me some flowers already put together, and they was so beautiful I purchased two orders... I was able to get to my wife's job before noon... she was very very please!!!!!!! Thank You Absolutely......FLOWERS!! ................................. Cox, a very happy Husband! Will be back for other occasions..too.

Beautiful arrangement for my daughter that was delivered to her high school by the requested time. However, the vase was so full of water it spilled on her and the floor several times making a big mess. When the flowers (more than a week later, yeah :) ) began to wilt and I was thinning out the vase I discovered the florist had TAPED a tic-tac-toe style at the top of the vase! The taped pattern made it VERY difficult to remove the flowers and then left a sticky mess at the top of the vase! Loved the arrangement! Hated the tape!!

Went in to purchase a bouquet for a friend. When I tell you I walked in and felt completely like it was Christmas Day. It was so warm and inviting, I literally want to stop by everyday leading up to Christmas to get into the holiday spirit. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'm very satisfied with my visit and feel I have found my neighborhood florists. They also offer affordable delivery within the area. The prices are good as well. I look forward to my next purchase!

I felt confident in who I talked to about the bouquets that I described to them and there description back to me. The price given to me was more than resonable. I don't live in Twin Falls so I looked online for a couple hours to find the best place to order flowers from. Originally I was looking at online places like 1-800-flowers, but decided I should support local. I will never use Absolutely Flowers again. I also relied on the florist like others who have wrote comments and I described what kind of arrangement I wanted and the size of it and I asked if this was possible in my price range. She enthusiastically confirmed that that is absolutely possible with delivery included. At the end of the conversation it was over budget and I didn't say anything and just paid it knowing it would be worth it for a beautiful bouquet. When I received a picture of the arrangement I was less than impressed and felt the arrangement my family member received was worth half of what I paid. When I called to talk to them about it they didn't offer any form of refund and then described to me the cost of each flower. This wasn't disclosed to me AT ALL when I was on the phone with them ordering this. The only thing they volunteered to do was go and pick it up and create a new arrangement and drop it off. This is not ideal for obvious reasons and I'm not sure why they would even suggest this. I don't EVER write these reviews, but I felt more than inclined and felt like I was ripped off and stolen from. I will not ever use them again and I felt the need to write a review to warn others.

Absolutely Flowers did the arrangement for our father’s casket and it was amazing! Exactly what we wanted and she even incorporated some flowers that we had that were favorites of our dad. Mixing fresh and artificial is difficult but they didn’t even question it. The woman who helped us was extremely professional and very helpful! Ordered an arrangement for my wife's birthday. Too late for delivery, but the staff was very accommodating and had an after hours cooler available for customer pick-ups!!!!!! For the price I paid, I did think the arrangement would have been larger, but hydrangeas and lilies are expensive. The flowers/arrangement were beautiful and I will certainly use them for my flower needs in the future.

I have personally known the owners since I was 15 years old, so anytime I need flowers for any occasion, I always call Rick and Michelle. My grandmother passed away April 10th and so I made 1 call. Let me tell you, the stand up spray we choose for Nan was absolutely beautiful. Thee heart wreath and all the other plants and flowers were down to every detail. I have never been so disappointed and disrespected. I specifically made sure to support and use a local florist to get my grandma her favorite plant for her 90th birthday,(roses bushes). You substitute it with a Christmas Kalanchoe that I could have gotten for $15+ at a regular grocery store. I understand substituting is sometimes needed, but seriously kalanchoe for roses. When is a Madagascar or African house plant a substitute for two rose bushes?! You had my phone number and email you could have contacted me if you didn’t have the product you advertised was available. Wish I could give you —⭐️

Not too impressed. My friend moved to Twin about 2 years ago and was recently in the hospital. Went to visit her and stopped in to this floral to get her a grouping of flowers to take to her in her hospital room. The place is real cluttered with those ftdish type things. Nothing real impressive and kinda dirty, would remind you more of a grocery store floral than anything else. Anyway bought a grouping that wilted the next day. I could've done as well at Albertsons.

I’ve never used a florist until living here in Twin Falls. They have a wonderful program I was lucky enough to stumble upon that allows a cute little arrangement of flowers monthly. My wife has no idea I have it but always gets flowers each month. Their add ons are reasonably priced and I'm seriously impressed with their quality. Today, they went above and beyond for me, I can’t express how impressed I am. Highly recommend!!!

Since I don't live in the Twin Falls area, I occasionally like to send my mother-in-law flowers for certain holidays. I rely on the help and expertise of the florist to provide me with something nice since I am not there to pick it out. The first two times I ordered from Absolutely Flowers I talked to a florist and explained what I was hoping for and felt that I was spending quite a bit of money for an arrangement (around $50-$60). They would tell me everything that would be in the arrangement and I felt confident that it would be gorgeous. Both times, I received a picture of the arrangement once it arrived and while my mother-in-law was appreciative of the gift, I was less than impressed. I was disappointed and felt that I didn't get my money's worth. This past mother's day (5/11/14), I was in need of an arrangement and searched on their website for an arrangement. I figured that if I picked out the arrangement and told them exactly which one I wanted, I might actually get what I picked out. Unfortunately, the picture came with the "Thank you" and my husband and I looked at the picture and were completely speechless. Not only was the arrangement not even close to what we had picked out, but about 3 flowers and a ton of greenery for $60!! We went back to the website where they advertised a Telaflora arrangement and it looked NOTHING like the picture they were advertising. I tried calling Telaflora to complain and found out that Absolutely Flowers had not entered my order into their system as someone purchasing a Teleflora design so they had no record of my order. I don't know if this is true or not, but I was told that florists are required to give a certain percentage to Teleflora if someone orders their arrangement which may explain why my order was never entered into their system. I feel as though they made a quick $60 off of me (again) by giving a few flowers and a lot of greenery. I will never shop at Absolutely Flowers again! The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they have been willing to complete some sort of my order when I call same day.

Absolutely love this shop! My very first arrangement I received unfortunately died kind of quick and they immediately replaced it for me and I've been a customer ever since. The reason it died was more of my fault as it didn't keep it in a cool area the next Arrangement was amazing and I kept it in a cooler area in my house and it lasted much longer than expected I recently took the leap and use them for my wedding flowers if I could give more than five stars I would. The consultation was so personal and they were able to give me what I envisioned. My flowers were truly the highlight of my wedding with many compliments and they lasted very well through the evening. All of the employees at absolutely flowers are very courteous and kind and always try to make things right this is the only shop that I will order from in Twin Falls and I always recommend them to anyone looking for flowers!!

Where do I start ??? So We were starting Miss Africa Idaho cultural scholarship program , and it was our 2nd year in 2015 , and when you are starting out it is expensive and stressful. Flower budget was so expensive and I did not know what to do , I went to absolutely flowers , and explained what our organization is about and she was interested in being a part of it. I got great customer service , a reminder phone call , and since she knew how stressful the event would be, they suggested delivering it to the event . More so the staff was great I explained our theme and they made great suggestions on what kind of flowers and what colors would go best with the event. From then on I have been with absolutly flowers and I am not going anywhere anytime soon. Thank you so much for sponsoring us and standing with us through it all. On a personal level I order my flowers there and they deliver to twinfalls , Kimberly and surrounding area for free!!! Placed an order for same day delivery; when flowers were supposedly delivered to the hospital, they said that they were told the patient was discharged. This is not true. I can't have the flowers delivered today, because they apparently closed at 1pm (on a Saturday). Instead of a one day delivery, they want us to wait another three days to deliver. I told them that was not an option and I wanted a refund....so now, I have to wait 10-14 business days for a refund. This place is an absolute joke. I will never order from them again and I will never recommend them.

It was my moms 59th birthday and I wanted to send her flowers to her work. She works off State St so I thought Absolutely Flowers,also being on state street, would be a great place. The bouquet was $62. My mom got another bouquet of flowers from another place in Meridian Id for $75. The bouquet are about the same size. Pretty good arrangement from Absolutely flowers.

I have always shopped here but I don’t know what happened this time. My husband sent me flowers for my Anniversary and they were horrible. I sent them back and they re did them but they still were not very good. I was told that, that was the best flowers they had. I asked for even just a different arrangement of flowers. Nope this was the best and they looked just like the picture. I’m sorry but these were not 100.00 flowers. I was told she didn’t understand what I wanted her to do. I was told they would last a good 2 weeks. It’s been a week and they’re dead. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone anymore. The bow looks like the person didn’t have a clue what they were doing. I am so disappointed.
