I ordered a basket for a memorial service in FL (I live in AR). My daughter sent an email picture of the arrangement to me and said they were the prettiest flowers there. I would highly recommend this business to any one any where because not only was the arrangement beautiful but also they kept me informed from order to delivery. Very pleased!

Flowers for Valentine's Day never arrived. They arrived two days after hahahaha. Some of the flowers (the type that stood out the most) were not fresh at all, they were ugly. They charged me a delivery fee even though I had them delivered to Pembroke Pines and they have this on the website "Patty's Flowers and Baskets offers free same-day flower delivery in Pembroke Pines for all orders placed through our website." I kept calling them on Valentines to see what was going on, line was busy the whole day. I called them the 15th they didn't answer until the afternoon. I asked for a discount since my flowers never got delivered on valentine's and they said they could give me a $6 discount hahaha. These people are ridiculous! Never again!!

Found this florist when I was looking for 2 days online for a unique flower arraignment to surprise a friend on her birthday. Their rose arraignment with crystals added to the rosebuds and embellishments around the vase was exactly the touch of flash and class I had been looking for. I ordered online around 8:15 am and the flowers arrived to her place of work around 2:00pm. They looked exactly like what was pictured online for “premium arraignment”, the flowers were nice quality and very fresh! Would definitely use this florist again.

I assisted my pastor with his wedding and the ordering of a bridal bouquet. The order that we had such high hopes for was a total disappointment. I had very high expectations for the quality of this bouquet because this was such a special occasion and based on the consultation, they made it sound so wonderful but what I got was a super tiny bouquet with withered and unhealthy looking flowers (they were so dead) and when the bride picked it up out of the box at least 4 flowers fell off. Instead of seeing the glow in her eyes she had a face of pure disappointment. In addition, by the time the 20 minute ceremony was over both of the hanging flowers had fallen off...how embarrassing. I've never seen anything so poorly made. Needless to say I will not consider or refer anyone to this business again.

Ordered over a hundred dollars in surprise flowers for my wife on Valentine's day, and she never received them. Additionally, they didn't respond to any phone calls or emails, to try to resolve the issue. Stay away from this place, a real low end place. Can't handle online orders. Ruined Valentine's day for us.

Wonderful customer service! No one was available at the time of delivery-the driver called, waited for 20 minutes, then agreed to come back later on in the day. It was amazing how accommodating and understanding he was! The flowers were also gorgeous!

Patty's Flowers & Baskets did a wonderful job making sure my flowers got to my grandmothers funeral on time. I was late in ordering online and I live in Missouri. My grandmother lived in Florida. My mom, who also is in Missouri ordered her flowers from another florist two days before me and they said they called her and said they couldn't deliver them before the funeral. I ordered flowers for mother's day with an option to pick up next day. I got a phone call next day that a particular type of flowers were not available and a substitution had to be made. Very disappointing considering the fact that there was no time left to cancel the order. Would not recommend.

I have been purchasing flowers for my mother over the years, but this was the first time I tried Patty's--and I'm glad I did. With all the events happening around Easter weekend, and living out-of-state, I had missed ordering flowers for her 89th birthday. I called on the morning of her birthday. Carolina took my order and assured me that they would be delivered that day. My mother went out unexpectedly, so she wasn't home when they tried to deliver that afternoon--there is controlled access to where she lives and someone must be home to receive anything. But the store kept calling back and they delivered that evening to make sure she got them on her birthday! She also said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received. I highly recommend Patty's--for their flowers and their terrific customer service!

My experience has been awful Bought an Arrangement to be delivered to my wife place of business and it was delivered to the wrong address and the wrong person. This was this morning as as of now my wife still does not have her Mother's Day flowers and I'm out $125 I went back the store but did not get any one to offer any resolution I and the eve try to blend me for their drivers negligence We tried to recuperate the flowers from the people it was delivered too but had no luck I will returning and asking for a full refund and hopefully they will be honorable business people and would not give any problems , I will not be doing business with pattys flower shop ever again

Best flower shop that I have ever used! I called from out of state and needed a last minute floral arrangement delivered to my mother in Pembroke Pines and they exceeded my expectations! Carolina made sure that the arrangement was exactly what I was hoping it would be, it was very reasonably priced and delivered right on time! Field of Flowers on University was my go to flower shop until they told me I couldn't have yellow roses delivered on Valentine's day so I had to find another shop. Extremely happy I found this place. For the first delivery they called me because nobody was home to receive. It was a good area so I told them to leave the flowers. The second delivery was also perfect. Placed a order online worth over $150.00 for a wedding engagement, and wrote a card. My partner never received the card nor who it was from. I have the confirmation with note, and my partner had to call to ask to confirm it was from me because I was alway on a business trip. Disappointing, I was trying to give businesses to a local florist instead of large corporation. Learned my lesson.

Though other reviews have 5 star, I give it 1 and if I could give it a 0 I would. The customer service was horrible. I placed an order online and 2 minutes later I get a call from them saying we have to charge you $15 for delivery. On their website it clearly states FREE DELIVERY with a list of zip codes the deliver too. My zip code was listed, therefore I should not have to pay for the delivery. If I did have to pay then it should have been stated on the check out screen.

These guys are the best...proof that good things come in small packages. The tiny shop produces the most beautiful arrangements. Kana and Tetsuji did the flowers for our wedding in October and they were perfect. The arrangements were simple and elegant. The flowers the used were unusual and beautiful. Their work never felt typical or run-of-the mill. And each arrangement was put together with a great attention to detail, proportion and scale. We couldn't have been happier. They are also a pleasure...truly the nicest people you will ever work with.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. It is everyone's worst nightmare. You are out of state and you need to send flowers on behalf of your family because you can't be there. Throughout the order process, I felt comfortable ordering from a "local" florist and the website was plastered with the faces of happy people and a "100 PERCENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE" that is absolutely a joke. I was contacted by my father after they finally tracked down the flowers I ordered. Why couldn't they find it? Because the person that wrote the card (keep in mind you TYPE IN WHAT YOU WANT THE CARD TO SAY), got the RECIPIENT name, and OUR LAST NAME wrong. Aren't you embarrassed??????? I have been trying to contact the store now since Monday to ask them to make it right, as they promise in the so called satisfaction guarantee. First I was lied to, and told that the person I needed to speak to was "Ana" and only to find out when I called the next day that "Ana" hasn't worked there for months. Now I am supposed to speak to "Maria" who is mysteriously never there. I have been promised a call back now FIVE TIMES and have heard nothing. At some point you have to cut your losses and warn others to hopefully avoid the same fate. My time is way too valuable to continue to track someone down who can "make it right".........clearly that is a false statement. Bottom line, I gave them the chance to make it right. They didn't. They screwed up big time and should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for their lack of customer service and commitment to stand behind their word.

This company ruined Valentine's day for me and many others. Totally unprofessional. Their email is not valid, they don't pick up the phone, and they put me on hold multiple times for more than 10 minutes when I called to confirm that it was headed to the right person. They answered after putting me on hold for 10 minutes and said "apartment 306, right?" LOL I'm sending flowers to a BUSINESS, NOT AN APARTMENT. Totally rude and incompetent people who own this business! Then they held me for another 10 minutes, and answered "Hello, Rob?"... My name is Mike. The delivery never happened. When I called the bank, Citibank told me that multiple customers called to dispute the charge, not just me, and that I would most definitely get my money back. You guys are PATHETIC. Wish I could give zero stars.

The place I wanted my flowers to be delivered was 4min away so I was told online I wouldn't be changed for gas. I call to complete my order and they try to charge me $15 for gas. The reason they say was because I called to complete my order. The distance didn't change. How I complete my order should determine if I get charged for gas or not. To be fair, the flowers were nice though.

I LOVE this shop! the service is great . I went yesterday to buy some flowers for my mother's birthday and the owner was still there at 9 pm, very sweet and kind. If she offered you a box of chocolates and 10% that is a sign that she is a really responsible person who faces the problems. You had enough time to place your order and like everyone else you decided to place it yesterday at the last minute I suppose. Obviously, you do not understand that is a holiday shame on you... I'll always recommend you patty's flowers.

Made a same day delivery, was told it would arrive by 3pm. I called at 3:30pm and was told the driver was on the way. 4pm comes and STILL NOTHING. CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND NO ANSWER. It WAS a surprise for my Girlfriend but she never got it. AND STILL NO ANSWER. GETTING A REFUND. Horrible service. I was EXPECTING great service hence the reviews but I'm disappointed. I've called 8 times within a hour and no answer. TERRIBLE.

Ordered flowers today online for a graveside service that was happening tomorrow morning. They called to see what time the service was and delivered them the evening before the service to make sure it was there by the time the service was held at 10am.
