My wife went and order some flowers. When she went to pick them up it wasn't exactly what she ordered and she was told " I don't have time for these little orders". Obviously we will not be buying there anymore and as a business owner myself I wouldn't allow any staff member to talk to customers like that! Very DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

My friend recommended this location for me and I'm happy to say I'm very satisfied.. Ordered a Corsage and Boutonniere at noon and got it in the evening! Fantastic service and they made sure we got what we wanted. Very happy!

Family ordered peace lily plant for funeral service. Selected and paid for the largest one. They delivered the smallest one, and it had no blooms at all. Guess they didn't think we'd be there to know the difference. What a disgusting thing to do. Use them only if you want to be cheated out of your money.

Never again! i ordered an arragement for a baby and they send me a picture and they did a horrible tiny arrangement nothing like the one i ordered. I called them to dispute the problem and the manager Maria hung up on me. Do not recommend. They charged extra for a ballon and they didn't send it.They take advantage of the orders made by phone.

Omel definitely came through for me. My experience was that I ordered a dozen roses from FTD to be delivered to the hotel in which I was staying to attend a university graduation the next day (Saturday). When the delivery finally arrived, the roses were old, bent, and tied together with rubber bands. I called FTD back to complain. They went to work to find a local florist to fix this problem. Happily, they selected Omel Flowers. Omel florists went over and beyond. Not only was the arrangement they put together beautiful (yellow roses over greenery, with a pretty purple bowed ribbon to hold them together, in nice quality wrapping), they also had it delivered well after hours in the evening. I encourage all to use this florist and will definitely ask FTD to use them if/when I use FTD again.

I am very dissapointed at this place. I have never done this in my life. First the roses were Dead, second the heart was so small it fit in my hands. You might think it was a cheap but I actually paid 75 dollars for this. if I would have known how cheap and bad the roses were, I would have never order anything. Everytime I would call they would actually Hang up on me, because I wanted a confirmation of the bill payed because I got charged twice. Then after telling me the delivery was gonna be at 12, it was actually deliver at 5 o'clock. So please if ur gonna buy flowers for a special person please avoid buying from this place if you truly love the person your giving the flowers too.

BEWARE!!!! Just like everyone else on these reviews, I placed an order for flowers with Ronald who was originally very helpful. I was happy to have a beautiful arrangement sent to a co-worker for a funeral. I placed the order a few days before the date of delivery leaving Omel Flowers plenty of time to coordinate. We order a colorful arrangement that was to be delivered on a Friday for a Saturday Funeral. My co-worker returned to work on Monday to thank us for the arrangement and showed us a picture of an all white DROOPY and DYING arrangement that was delivered on Sunday. I was extremely upset as anyone would be and I called the office to speak with Ronald who told me that he was busy with someone and would call me back in 15mins. Needless to say no phone call and to top it off with AWESOME Customer Service they continued to ignore every phone call I made until I used a different phone number to call. They picked up and this woman who claims to be the owner, CAN NOT SPEAK ENGLISH and she yells at me and tells me to stop talking and that I should have ordered white flowers to begin with since its a funeral and that I should be happy that my co-worker loved it! REALLY????????? Ridiculous and Unproffesional to say the least. BEWARE!!!

This is the worst flower shop in the country. When I got married they charged a lot of money for one single bouquet for my wife and the day off it wasn't ready and it wasn't the one we paid for and when we told them it wasn't the right arrangement the owner said "oh well, that's what's ready now" seriously? These people are thieves and non professional and the witch owner has an attitude. I think they're Colombian so that's explains a lot. Don't waste your money on this place. I gave them one star because that's the only was to leave feedback.

Never have I encountered such a Mickey Mouse operation. I placed an order for a rose arrangement to be delivered to my wife on her birthday(135.00) two days prior to her birthday, I explained to Maria that the order needed to be there by 1:30 pm. When 2pm came about and no flowers, I called her. She said the delivery man was on his way and would be there shortly. I called her back an hour later(still no delivery) and she said that she would call me in 5 minutes. Of course no call. I kept calling the shop and no answer. At 3:30 someone finally picked up my call and said the flowers were delivered to the security guard. They managed to ruin the surprise. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! I'd rather pay twice as much and have the flowers delivered by a real florist not this strip mall poor excuse of a shop. What a disappointment!! Typical Hialeah business owned by recent arrival "Balseros" "Rafters" who have no concept of what a service oriented business is supposed to be. Needless to say, I will spread the word around. Again, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A FLORIST!!! And as you can see by the grammar on the good reviews, these were written probably by her or her cronies. Very bad English which leads me to believe they were all "Balseros" who work there.

This place ruined my wedding day. I paid way in advanced for all my flower decorations. She never even arrived on time to the church. The flowers for the reception were all different sizes and colors from what I ordered. Her excuse was she was in an auto accident. My perfect moment was still perfect because I married the love of my life and flowers are material things. But Omel’s flowers made my special day a little less special filled with tension and worry!

Brides beware!!!! the flower shop took 500 dollars that I paid for my daughters wedding and because i reduced the order to just the Centerpieces they refused to refund my money or give me the flowers that I already paid for!! I have a complaint out to the better business bureau about getting my money back. The owner feels that she can do what she wants with customers because its her flower shop so do yourselves a big favor and go to another shop for your wedding flowers!!

Ordered rose bouquet through FTD 5 days ago for our anniversary to be delivered early morning. They don't guarantee time but said they would let the florist know . I called FTD starting at 9:30 am to get an idea of delivery time. The person I spoke to hardly spoke English and could barely understand her. Spent 20 minutes on the phone and got no where. Called twice more same thing. When I called the third time I asked if I could speak to some body in the States she said she could not allow that. Flowers arrived about 5 pm. Service was terrible from FTD and Omel flowers . Will never order again from either place. I should have just ordered from Publix who has great service and better quality. I know .Worked there a lifetime. Very Dissapointed !

So my soon to be husband ordered me flowers for Valentines day, requested they be delivered Friday Feb 13th, Instead they were delivered on Thursday 2/12 and they were actually dead old flowers with 3 new roses. The water was moldy in the bottom of the vase and REEKED of dead flowers. When I sent the pictures of the flowers to my Hubby he called them IMMEDIATELY, he was told maybe next time he should up grade the flowers to a larger size! HE PAID $150.00! when they were told the flowers were dead, he told them this was unexceptable, and all they did was hung up on him! NEVER EVER ORDER flowers from this rip off place! I would have gotten better flowers from PUBLIX!!!!

They call for an interview, I went there, Maria told me to come the next they, i went but they told me that she was not going to be there so they will call me. I waited 5 days still no call. I usually don’t write reviews but need to make others aware. Have to say Omel flowers is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. Ordered a $200 dollar wreath from Proflowers for my wife’s grandmothers funeral services. Not only was the wreath delivered 2 hours late but it looked like it was not worth more than $25 dollars. Called Proflowers furiously and got a refund. The general manager at Omel contacted me the next day with the following email: Dear Simjo, From our team we would like to extend our honest apologizes for the issue we have caused to you and your family during this difficult time. We did not do it intentionally and we hope you understand this. Our driver has informed us that you have contacted ProFlowers with the issue, but besides of what ProFlowers has offered you, we want to make sure we do this right and we want to offer you a in-store credit for the full value of your order for any future purchase you may ever need, as I mentioned before we are deeply sorry and hope to make it better as some point. Regards, Ronald Aguilera General Manager I contacted them a few months later to take them up on the store credit they issued and never heard back. Please stay away from Omel. Not sure how they have stayed in business this long!

Horrible horrible horrible. I ordered from FTD at 8.30amon Monday December 14 (my 22nd anniversary) flowers not delivered till 430pm. I called FTD a couple of times to ensure early delivery. For $200 I expect to have an outstanding service level. I hope this business ceases to exist.

Ordered flowers through Teleflora. Zip code for delivery was 33023. They assigned it to Omel Flowers. Flowers were delivered not even close to what was ordered and flowers were not fresh at all, all dry and was delivered at 3.30 p.m even though my husband ordered it day before. When I called and complained they assured that next day they will send exactly the one that was ordered. They did sent another one but again - not even close to the one that was ordered and yes, they changed dry roses to lots of other cheap not colorful flowers. My husband paid $75 I would rather have flowers from Publix. Not recommending this shop if you ordering via web-site

Worst flowers I have ever bought. By the next day the roses were dead. So disappointed. And the arrangement looked nothing like it was supposed to, super small for so much money. Called the place several times and they didn't answer. When they did, the person who answered was very rude and insulting my intelligence. $5 flowers that I buy on the streets are much healthier and last much longer than those. DO NOT BE FOOLED. My husband went out of his way to order flowers for my birthday. He used Ava's flowers online which in turn used Omel Flowers as their "designer". I thought they were pretty until he told me how much he paid. What a disappointment. He was changed $103.93 for an arrangement that was worth $15 tops. I called Ava's and first they told me they would reimburse me $10. I told them I wanted a full refund and would send them pictures. Once they saw the pictures they agreed, apologized and are in the process of working with my credit card company for the full refund. They told me that someone form the flower shop would be by to pick up the unwanted arrangement ... it's been 2 days. I called Ava's back, they gave me a reference number and told me to discard the flowers.... which i have now done. Reading all the reviews i see that unfortunately i am not alone. Wonder how they stay in business.

I received flowers 2 days ago and they were wilted. I called and spoke to the manager and he said he will send out a new arrangement. We agreed upon them being delivered today between 9 and 4... called again this morning to make sure and the person I spoke with said he saw a redelivery order and would get them out... I've been calling ALL day and my call is sent to voicemail. I just left work and NO flowers. EXTREMELY disappointed and no one has called me back or has answered the phone... My wonderful boyfriend bought me flowers from this place and they were terrible. I love the thought he put into it and I would love anything he gives me even dry flowers but this place stole his money! The flowers were dead and very old! The water was so dark and dirty . Disgusting! And the worse part is that they charged him $80 for a Large boutique! Large! That thing was so SMALL!!! It had less than 8 flowers in them! Do yourself a favor and ignore this place! When I called the owner was more understanding. Even though I wasn't happy she offered to make it better. I appreciate what she did. She handed the situation correctly. Even though my first impression was bad I hope we can give them another chance for a better one.
