This arrangement was quite the most perfect I have ever seen. I asked for two dozen red roses to be sent to my daughter. The roses were fabulous quality and the arrangement was stunning: perfect in its simplicity and precision. Worst customer service. I walked in looking for a small flower for my gorgeous Lebanese coworker... or something cute and this woman is probably behind schedule with her arrangements that completely gave up on me after I turned Down a $30 dozen of roses.... Then the Spanish lady with her wanted to offer me a single Orchid and the Short haired blonde woman tells her: "Don't Bother. He doesn't want to spend" ---- I completely ignored her comment (I believe she thought my English was limited) and still went outside to look at the orchids. The orchids looked great but they were 3 in a Pot for $55..... huge. Anyways.... the Spanish girl told me in Spanish "Show your coworker that Latinos can afford flowers this expensive"..... so I got so offended and I tell her. "Listen. Is not about the money. Is about it being classy and small." Then this woman says: "You can't afford it right?" ----- Seriously?! I live with 6 sets of orchids at my penthouse here in Design District ---- THEY SUCK

Wanting flowers for someone at the hospital near this location, I picked Mille Fleurs due to the reviews. Well, the flowers had to be redirected to the house of the individual, the owner called before even making the arrangement [the hospital to confirm]and was very helpful via e-mail.

I greatly appreciate the level of service that the Mille Fleurs team puts forth for every order. They always go out of their way to make sure that the orders are delivered on time or will try again if there's no one at home to receive the order. Recently, they upgraded my order because I've placed a few orders before, which was very sweet of them. Greatly appreciate how great they are! I had an emergency (mine, not theirs,) they treated it as if the only option was to stay open late and wait for me while I fought traffic to get there. The woman that helped me was pleasant and helpful, still after staying past her shift. As an ambassador of great service myself, I must say I was surprised to experience this level of service, circumstances included. I ordered around noon, and requested the flowers to come at 5pm. They arrived on time, and looked amazing. I'm not really into flowers but my girlfriend had to hold back tears, and she can't stop talking about them. Fast delivery, amazing flowers. I'll be buying more from here.

It is unfortunate that whomever I spoke to (German lady) was rude. It’s friday 1:30 pm and I needed an arrangement sent to a church for Saturday 11:30. I think that’s enough time. Thank goodness I called before purchasing! This bad business! Church is literally down the street from them! She took the time out to respond. To her answer: no you told me any deliver would not be able to be done before 12 noon. Luckily for me Jenny’s Flower on biscayne blvd, who is much further away, is able to fulfill my order. With no excuses. And yes she was rude! It’s a shame that she answered this review the way she did.

Gesine is the owner of this small, sweet flower store, and she is there everyday. Her and her team create beautiful arrangements and work with you in so many ways and can do so many differenr styles of arrangements: rustic, modern, simple, extravagant... They do the flowers for all of my family’s businesses (Cafe Roval is one of them) and she never lets us down. I have gone to her for arrangements and orchids and succulents and even Jewelry for gifts, and her cards are adorable. Even when I need something small she makes it happen. Her flowers are always fresh. It’s a pleasure shopping and chatting with you Gesine! Thank you for being around, don’t know what i’d do without you! At the end of the day, and working in the customer service industry myself, you can’t please everyone, but everyone I know, and to speak for myself, we are always pleased !

I called for an arrangement delivery, however, I was not able to order. The owner who answered the phone, was extremely rude and unsympathetic. She not only rudely told me she would not make an arrangement, but hung up on me. We were able to get an even better arrangement from NEW YORK FLORISTS OF BOCA for better than prices advertised on their site. To respond to you, it was not at all about the arrangement. It was how UTTERLY RUDE you were!!!!!! The flowers we ordered were supremely better than yours and at a much better price. So really, thank you for being so NASTY, it was to our benefit anyway!!!!!

Highly recommend Mille Fleurs. Wally August spent a ton of time with me on the phone helping me to choose the perfect items for a gift basket for a friend who was recovering from surgery. My friend had diet restrictions and I had a budget to work with. I looked at many other gift basket companies and they were just blah. So glad I went with Wally. I couldn't be happier with what Mille Fleurs sent -- and my friend LOVED the gift.
