The BEST florist in town!You guys work so hard and do a tremendous job.My parents'arrangement was delivered at close to 2 am today just so it was delivered on time . My mom LOVES the arrangement by the way! Not many companies will go out of their way to keep their customer's happy!Always polite and have never had any issues getting what ordered.Very talented florists ,and always extremely professional! There's a reason they have 5 stars and have been in the area for decades!

Flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful. However I was not happy they were left on my front porch in the hot Florida sun for 3 hours. Delivery person knocked placed on ground and left. If my doorbell had been rung I would have grabbed them in a flash. If you need flowers delivered think twice otherwise beautiful.

My boyfriend got a gift basket from work for the holidays and when we opened it up it was a complete mess. Everything was taped together with clear masking tape which was sticking to everything. We couldn't even remove anything without ripping the packages. They had a stainless steel mug which had tape all over it which is now sticky and gross. I know it's supposed to stay together, but you guys have to figure out that out and make it more user friendly.

Bought my daughters homecoming corsage and her boyfriends boutonniere and her flowers fell off during the event. Nice shop and pleasant staff. Unfortunate the quality wasn't their with this particular product. UPDATE: Even though it didn't correct the problem they did call and give a refund almost immediatly and were very sorry.

I was on a very small budget and needed the flowers delivered. The staff was very nice and Willing to work with my budget. They were the 3rd place I called and had a bad experience with the other 2. Will be using their services again! The flowers were beautiful as well! Extremely satisfied!!!!

My wife, Terry, works at Quail Hollow Animal Hospital, and she always gives positive remarks on the personnel at Marion Smith Florists.
