Was a wonderful experience. Full service floral and tux shop. Will soon sell Bacchus Wines. Sheila will have the full line of wines. She will be one of the first to get the newest wine Bacchus makes. Pear Pino and Strawberry Mango Moscato. Both coming in January As of 1/8/19 Bacchus Wines are available

Ordered a $40 candy basket that I had seen online to be delivered. The basket came with like 7 pieces of candy in it that all maybe equaled up to $15. Nothing like what was pictured online. Very disappointed.

I really am so impressed but most of all thankful for Julia’s Florist! They didn’t have the basket that I ordered for a funeral in stock so instead of canceling my order they made one just as beautiful & made sure it arrived to the ceremony on time! Thank you!

Sadly there was some sort of mix up this past Valentine's day and the dozen red roses my daughter's father ordered (he called into them from a different state) weren't delivered to the school. They refunded the money. But the beginning of the following week, my daughter came home with a beautiful rainbow rose, mini balloon and personalized card with their apologies for the mix up. They had it delivered to the school for her. It was a complete surprise. Over and above customer service. We were certain we'd never use them again, but with this simple touch of excellent follow-up and effort (even after we had forgotten about it) reinforces the positive feeling about buying from them in the future. We WILL be back!
