I ordered a dozen roses for my wifes birthday..she absolutely loved them..the flowers to the filler..everything looked top notch. Im so glad that i went to this place. I would highly recommend them for any type of flowers..also customer service and being able to have them delivered at a certain time was excellent!!! Thank U House of Mille De Fleur for the beautiful floral arrangement for my mother's home going service. It was everything that I thought it should be. It even had white doves in the arrangement. And there were doves released at the graveyard so the doves in the arrangement were extra special. So once again thank U so so much for the floral arrangement that U made and took to the mortuary, which was on time for my mother's viewing. Being away from family at a difficult time isn't easy, being on the other side of the world (literally) is even harder. I called this florist to ask a question and immediately knew I decided to call the right place. We had a horrible connection (on my end I'm sure), but Taylar was patient and even called me from a different line to see if it would help. The connection continued to decline, so I ended up messaging her what I needed and we made it all work. Her patience and support were a true blessing to me. I would recommend this florist 110%. I called House of Mille De Fleur yesterday when I wanted to send a sympathy arrangement to a friend. I had never ordered anything from their shop prior, but did some research on Google & social media and liked the arrangements I saw. I usually order flowers from out of state and have them overnighted but wanted to give another local florist a shot. Brandy was SO sweet and we talked about what I wanted for the arrangement. I was blown away by her customer service, their affordable pricing, and even her sweet offer to send me a photo of the arrangement after she designed it so I could see exactly what my friend was receiving. She followed through with her offer today with a text of many photos of the beautiful flowers. It is so nice to have a shop with modern & beautiful designs so close to home. I will definitely be using House of Mille De Fleur again. Thank you, Brandy!

Called for one of the bouquets I saw on their website and by a great conversation we came up with a totally different, modern, amazing custom arrangement. Not only their customer service is superb but care and pleasant disposition and communication were excellent. Incredibly beautiful arrangement in a surprise ultra modern contemporary vase, delivered fast within 2 hours same day and was just stunning. Thank you, guys, so much for your outstanding work. I have used House of Mille De Flour multiple times for my floral needs. The staff are always polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Was looking for something different for my wife then from the normal flower shop arrangement. Brandy who run the shop was spot on with the arrangement she made. The price was great and customer service was also fantastic. My wife loved the arrangement so much we also used them for our wedding. Very cost effective price for our wedding and made beautiful arrangements. The flowers were the talk of the wedding.

I order flowers from this company at the end of February for a friend. First time ever ordering and having them delivered. First off they only had half a dozen red tulips when I wanted a dozen different colors and then I needed them to be delivered closer to 7-7:30 but because they closed at 5 they were delivered two hrs early which I went ahead and ordered because the employee Brandi super nice and because this company had great reviews but now I know they are from from great. Three weeks later I get a called from the owner Debbie saying my card was declined. I was confused because I knew there was money on my card at the time of order so I called my husband to make sure. He calls the owner and she admitted to my husband that they misplaced the slip for the flowers but she still wants us to pay for them. I didn't have the money at the time. Two more weeks go by and my card is charged (today). My husband and I both call the owner Debbie she is rude and disrespectful accusing my husband and I of using the money so we didn't have to pay her and refusing to refund the money even though it was their mistake. Let me explain something at the time of order my husband and I had just got our income tax so yes there was plenty of money in my account and it was there for days. How is it my fault you wait three weeks and then another 2 weeks to charge my card??? I am not trying to not pay for them but this was their fault and they should have fixed it. I would steer clear of this place.

This Floral shop can actual create arrangements that reflect how you feel!! if you cant express those emotions -don;t worry, they will certainly exceed your expectations. If you are able to provide some details about what you are looking for, be prepared to be blown away!!! I've had to rely on them for the most difficult times in my life and I can honestly say that there is no other company that I would want to be there to help in those moments where I need a visualization of how I feel.
