*UPDATE*= Very nice owner. After my negative review below he reached out and sent free white roses at the time/date I requested, they look very nice. Shows that he cares about customer satisfaction! Only giving 2 stars because the delivery was on time. Other than that, very disappointed. For $67 the bouquet came with the wrong flowers and looked nothing like the photo on the website, definitely not worth it.

This review is being written by the recipient of the bouquet because my daughter lovingly sent it and I do not want to tell her and be disappointed. This was an online order and I do not know what was actually requested but I have never received a bouquet of flowers that only have 1/2 flower and 1/2 greenery. There were 3 broken flowers and wilted rose. There is a front of flowers and a back of only filler foliage. Secondly I was called to confirm the address which was correct but the person on the phone did not speak English and could not give me to someone who did. It is apparent they were not familiar with Miami Shores a long established community…..no gps, no google maps????? The flowers were delivered but the surprise of getting the flowers was gone with the phone calls. I also got a voice mail saying if I did not respond immediately they would not deliver the first time they called but I was out and did not immediately see the message. I would never recommend this florist…if they really are a florist because of the poor quality and service. I called them to complain but had to leave a voice message and have not gotten a return call. My daughter is so sweet and caring, what a shame on such an important holiday this company failed miserably. I have pictures but cannot attach them to this message

UPDATE: In response to the reply from the owner, I have revised my original rating/review (below). Flowers to go did deliver an orchid as an apology for the mix up (before I left my original review) which was very thoughtful and made the recipient incredibly happy. This was not clear to me due to a particularly stressful event which the cacti were a sympathy gift for. The cacti garden/planter was also much more packed than shown on the website to make up for the missing variety. So I take responsibility for the original negative review and admit I left it with incomplete information. All the information that I had in my original review was from the recipient not myself since I am not currently in Florida. ORIGINAL: Originally, the wrong arrangement was delivered. I had ordered the cactus garden but received a succulent basket instead. I called to see what happened and they said there was a mix up and would redeliver what I ordered. However, they were out of three of the 6 types of cacti that would be in the pot and I would have to deal with it. The redelivered pot also did not come in the advertised terracotta pot but a metal pail instead. For the price of this, I expected much higher quality.

My friend ordered roses for me for Valentine's Day and I never received them. When we called they said it was left outside the door of the business address. We close at 5 pm therefore know one was here to receive it and I never got them. When I called to complain the next morning they said a new larger arrangement would be delivered and that did not happen. My Valentine's Day was sad because the delivery never happened and we called to complain the second delivery never came the guy hung the phone up in my face. I will never recommend them ever. Awful service. Don't orders if you cannot handle the volume. If you need flowers go to Dolly's.
