Ordered a bouquet for my mother’s birthday online, got a call an hour later saying the price online was incorrect and I needed to pay a $30.00 difference. After asking the lady if they would honor the price I already paid for, she gave a huge attitude and refused. Terrible customer service! The sets are already expensive enough, if you offer a price honor it or correct it on your website.

I ask the Florist if they carried powdered floral dye, they do not. However, the Florist let me know what to buy that would work just as well as the powdered dye. Waverley Florist just said no, without going the extra mile of telling me what would work. Flower time just got a customer, and Waverley lost one.

I was on vacation and my neighbor called to say they had tried to deliver flowers. I called them to say I was out of state and could not take delivery. They told me to call when I was home. A week later I called and they were at my home within a couple of hours with a wonderful vase of flowers. Absolutely amazing customer service.

Even though this has us down for four years ago, I have just used it a month ago again. I sent a plant to a funeral in New York state. It was reasonable and such a huge plant it was just beautiful. Thank you flower time for wiring the plant to Cortland New York. I will surely come back to order through you again.

The flowers I ordered never actually got delivered, but I'm sure they were beautiful and just fine. Leaving 3 stars because of the customer service from Donna. I ordered through Avas for my niece to be surprised with flowers since I couldn't make it to her graduation. Flower Time obviously takes a lot of pride in their arrangements, which is great, but they absolutely refused to leave them at the door because of the heat. However, Donna was more concerned with not letting me speak, interrupting me, and berating me for using a website instead of calling them directly. I understand the flowers probably would have wilted in the heat, but I don't know who they expect to be home all day to sign for flowers. Moreover, they were supposed to be a surprise so coordinating with someone to let them know flowers are coming defeated the purpose in my case.

Needed a last minute birthday flower arrangement and they happily did one right away as i was standing there at the counter to pay, it came out beautiful !!! LET THEM CHOOSE THE FLOWERS FOR YOU! they do a great job picking out what looks best!

Flowers wilt quickly, much more quickly than they should. The arrangements are overpriced. I've used this shop several times because it's near my house, but never again since I have always been disappointed in the flowers quality after spending way too much money here. Please go to another flower shop!! I sure will.

I am a new comer to the Citrus county area. I just called to check on ordering a pick-up of tulips for Valentines Day, a woman took the phone from my original contact, she was very rude on the phone. As I was trying to decide, she yells in a very loud voice, "hello, are you there". I don't think your customer service is hitting a home-run with that attitude. Will not be ordering anything ever from here.

Flowers were beautiful but they messed up and were a corsage short for my wedding day. They are very slow to provide an invoice and the wedding consultant, Dee Dee was very unprofessional and rude. She made nothing but excuses for herself and made us feel as our wedding wasn't important because there was a more expensive wedding that same day. I spoke to the owner and she sorted it out for me. Would be a great company if they had a more reliable wedding consultant. I don't recommend them.

Impressed and happy! Visiting from out of town and went to visit my parent’s gravesite. Didn’t want to leave an empty headstone so I stopped in on a Saturday morning looking for a vase arrangement on the way over to the cemetery. They were quite busy but took the time to put together a beautiful arrangement with a rose as a special request at a very reasonable price. I will visit them again, but will also check into their graveside service on their birthdays in the future!
