I went into the store a couple weeks before valentine's day to order my wife's bouquet to be delivered to her office in Kissimmee, and the staff was helpful, the price for the bouquet was reasonable, and upon delivery the arrangement was absolutely immaculate, not a brown spot on a single flower, and it was beautiful. Dont do your spouse the injustice of ordering flowers online, use these guys.

Popped in on a whim to get some individual carnations for Hospital employees. They whipped together my request, each one adorned with greenery and baby's breath and a pink bow. They all had individual water vials to keep the carnations in bloom too. Outstanding service and the name is great!

I ordered a cascading bouquet from this shop and received this. It looked like the flowers were just falling out of the bouquet. Called the owner to complain and got blamed because I put the order in late. Regardless of when an order is placed, if the order is accepted it should be quality work and this is not qualify work. Don't go here if you want anything more than a basic arrangement.

They say the customer is always right, apparently Flower Power has never heard that before. The roses my wife ordered were beautiful. BUT, their customer service is ridiculously and unbelievably unforgivable. Not only did they deliver the wrong amount of flowers to my In-Laws for their anniversary, the owner sat on the phone with my wife and was incredibly rude when she tried to come up with a solution to rectify the issue. If you are looking for respect and an enjoyable experience, I do not recommend Flower Power.

Please do not hesitate to order from Flower Power! Their service far exceeded my expectations. I ordered flowers to surprise a friend and show her support, as I could not be there for her during tough times. I placed my order late in the evening and they were delivered the next day and sent me a delivery confirmation. However, I did not hear from her and the day after delivery, I found out she was not currently at the address! Flower Power called me and to my surprise, told me they would make her a new bouquet that she could pick up, free of charge, despite the fact that it my mistake. My husband and I wanted to send something special to our son and his girlfriend who live in Davenport but since we live in Indiana we had no idea who to call. When I did a Google search and saw Flower Power in Davenport had great reviews I checked out their website and finding something I wanted I called their store. The gal who answered the phone was friendly and one of the most helpful people I've had the pleasure of working with in some time! She walked me patiently through the process of getting my information, my son's information, exactly what I wanted written on the card and explained just how what I wanted to send would look like. I sent chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of Prosecco. It arrived quickly and my son and his girlfriend loved it! Also, as soon as we finished our transaction, I received an email detailing my order and as soon as they delivered it I received an email letting me know that. What wonderful extra touches and service. I have now found my florist in the Daveport area!! Customer service at its finest!!

I have not written a 1 star review in years but I am so frustrated by this that I just want others to know about my experience. I ordered 33 flowers for my parents anniversary the day after Thanksgiving. I even called twice to ask about the 33 flowers for their wedding anniversary because I wanted to see if they had 33 white roses instead of 33 all red roses. I was informed they didn't have 33 white roses but they could mix the red and the white roses together. When my Mother received the flowers, she counted and realized there were only 23. I called and was told I could either have someone come out and deliver 10 more roses or they could give me my money back for the 10 roses I did not receive and that she could not do anything more until I talked to the Manager who would call me on Monday. I decided to take the option of getting my money back for 10 flowers and would wait to talk to the manager next week. I even called back to see if I could get all of the money back later on in the day and she confirmed that I would have to wait to talk to the manager. On Friday of the following week, I ended up calling the shop because I had not heard from the owner. They said he tried calling me and would give me a call back in a few minutes. The owner calls me and is rude from the start. He tells me he tried calling on Monday and my voicemail was full so he left it at that. They had my e-mail address so I would think they would e-mail to inform me they reached. Either way, I thought the way he started the phone call was rather rude but I thanked him for letting me know that my mailbox was full and proceeded to discuss the situation. I am calm throughout the call and told him I understood he would not give me all of my money back but asked if he could charge me for 1 dozen instead of 23 since I ordered 33 to begin with as I don't think its fair to pay full price for their mistake. He told me he couldn't do that and that I already chose the option to receive the money back for the 10 roses they did not deliver. I work in the service industry as well and respect customer sentiment so I am not quite sure why the owner of all people would argue with me when I am not even asking for all of my money back. It gets worse. After asking him about the option for a dozen roses and asking what he could do to make this write and him informing me that there was nothing else he could do, he tells me he is ending the call because I am not listening to him. I asked him what he was offering and that I don't think its fair for him to tell me that I had two options and I chose the one given to me by the staff on duty at that time when they said I would have the opportunity to talk with the owner Monday. At the end of the day, he is the owner and has the final call. I found it rude to have to pay for 23 roses when I ordered 33. I also found it rude that he would not honor my request to pay for a dozen roses instead of the 23 roses I did not order. But what blew me away was that he hung up the phone when I asked him to confirm that he wasn't giving me any more of my money back and said I wasn't listening to him. In all reality, I wasn't just agreeing with what he wanted me to do and that seemed to be the source of the problem. We were visiting the area from out of town with a large group and were so thrilled to have these flowers for our Mom even though we were only going to have the flowers for one day. I strongly urge anyone in the area to choose another flower shop. I was willing to work with them and leave them a positive review even after this mishap. But I am coming out of retirement of writing reviews for businesses specifically for Flower Power and the rude chauvinistic treatment I just received from the owner.

Called needing 25 roses delivered to Disney same day. James was more than helpful and gave me a package deal to boot. When the flowers arrived the staff made them the center piece for my wife's 25th anniversary with the company. All who saw them commented that these roses did not come from "their" florist. They were much too big and vibrant. Good show Flower Power!

I called pretty late on a Friday for a local delivery, about 3:30PM. Jennifer answered and told me the delivery person was gone for the day. She then went above and beyond to ask where the flowers were to go and said she would deliver them personally but they would arrive after her shift. I said thanks and I would call her right back. Called another even more local florist and was told flat out that their delivery person was gone for the day. Nothing further. Immediately called Jennifer back and made arrangements with her. I've never ordered flowers to be delivered so this was a first for me but she went out of her way to accommodate someone she did not know, and made my Mom's birthday a happy tearful one. Thanks a ton Jennifer, you're one of the special people left in this world that one comes across now and then that restores faith for a while!

The photo they sent me matched the photo I received from the person I sent the flowers to. Sending customers a picture of their actual bouquet is a great service, and I would definitely use them again.

I was greeted promptly as I entered the store, was asked a variety of questions to clarify what I needed and was actually shown the vase the flowers would be placed in. I've been using Flower Power for quite a few years now to deliver my Mum her annual Birthday and Christmas bouquet. I live in the UK and find their service spot on. Ordering is easy, the choice of arrangements is brilliant and the flowers are always absolutely gorgeous. Free and fast delivery is a bonus! My only reason for 4/5 stars is I do find they are a little pricey and maybe more regular money off email offers for regular/dedicated customers would bump my review up to a 5/5.
