We were beyond thrilled! My bouquet was gorgeous, and I loved the bridesmaids' bouquets too! The delivery of the bridal party's flowers to my home was perfectly on time. At the reception, the centerpieces were even more gorgeous than I envisioned (3 vases with orchids, tulips "floating" in water). I loved the flowers on our cake and the floating peonies and floating candles on the escort table...It was just gorgeous...and a nice surprise! Thank you so much Exceptional Flowers!!!

I found this place through google as it had good reviews but was dissapointed, not only with the flowers but how management dealt with it. I was out of the country and ordered 2 dozen red roses for delivery to her work. Later in the day I received a call saying that: "your 2 dozen red roses where not available and my options were A) to have them sent to a home address or B) have an assortment of white, lavender and red. I would have loved to have 2 dozen red roses, but being sent to her house would have ruined surprise as I did not know if she would be home. I asked the quality of the roses and if it was going to be nice, she said their flowers are always fresh. My friend received the flowers at work and them home to enjoy them for the weekend. I asked her how they looked as well as for a picture. She told me that 2 were already dead (not even 14 hours later from delivery) !!! The red roses were fine, however the lavender roses were not. I contacted the company right away as I was disappointed and not happy after paying what I did for "fresh flowers" and to begin with not the red 2 dozen. The response I got from Josh was to take another picture and this statement "Flowers do not always grow tall and straight, sometimes there are bends and curves in the stem and may appear to be droopy ". Now, do you really think I'm going to ask my friend to take more pictures? I was already embarrassed with the situation. I normally reach out to the company to make it right and not post anything negative, to give them a chance and they did not. I do not recommend this place, for that I would have gone to 1 -800- flowers and would have saved myself $142.00

The best experience I have had from a florist in years! I was greeted when I came through the door and they were able to help me right away. I was looking for a nice little bouquet for my girlfriend and they had some great suggestions. I do not know much about horticulture but they explained to me what flowers were apart of the arrangement. They also offered upgrades like balloons, Godiva chocolates and teddy bears. I am very happy with the service and I will definitely use them for all my floral needs.

A family friend past away suddenly and i wanted to show support the best way i could. They help me pick out flowers to send the correct gesture and also gave some extra flowers. What really impressed me is that they were willing to stay late so i could pick them up and delivery them myself. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. My friend was snowed in at Logan Airport at 6:00 p.m., her flower order in Boca scheduled for a morning delivery. Thanks to a late working employee and Mike the next day my flower order was personally held until my friend arrived at her condo days later. Unless you don't care if the business pays attention to detail, then use this florist. I'm sure the flowers were arranged beautifully, but it was the card that was the horrendous part and was not well received. Gramatical errors and the addition of something I specifically asked not to be included in the closing ruined this attempt to gently move forward with the very beginning of a relationship. If you should decide to employ their services, make sure every detail is checked and rechecked by you, not them. I will not be doing business with them again.

Flowers were dead the next day. Very disappointed!!!! My brother ordered flowers for my parents for the holidays. I was horrified to see what was delivered. The flowers were falling out of the container upon delivery and looked like they were just thrown in the container. They were dead by the next day. Our parents were descent about it and did not say anything to my brother, but i would not recommend this flower shop. My local supermarket has better quality flowers. I expected much more in quality and size for the price. My florist in NY would have done twice the size for the money.

Ordered flowers days in advance to be delivered on Valentines Day to my girlfriend. The flowers were not delivered. I contacted the flower shop on Valentines Day in the afternoon as I was worried b/c the flowers had not been delivered yet. I was told there would be no issues and if there was someone would contact me. Flowers were not delivered on Valentines Day and no one contacted me. I had to call them the next day for an explanation which still didn't make much sense. They delivered the flowers the next day but this was probably the worst experience I have ever had when ordering flowers. Will not use them again and if you do use them I would advise to not use them on special occasions such as Valentines Day.

I had a very small order to be delivered down the street...trying to win the heart of someone, but didn't want to make it overwhelming if she didn't feel the same way, so I was keeping it (the order) very simple. But to add to the delivery I purchased some odd items crackers and cheese etc. to be added to the delivery....long story short.... I decided to order for the second time from Exceptional Flowers & Gifts since my first visit was great. I came in as a walk-in customer on the day before Valentines Day 2015. I left as a loyal customer. They allowed me to pick my arrangement. Very helpful staff, they are willing to work with you even during time restraints for the most part. On my second purchase Simone & Tracy tag-teamed me and made me feel as if my order was a priority. Good job by them both. Whether they are flowers for a simple occasion (I have a bi-monthly delivery to an elderly family member) or something for a bigger occasion, Exceptional Flowers and Simone, the proprietor, will take care of your flower needs, and also make sure that the customer AND recipient are treated well and with respect. It is hard to deal with the realities of people growing older and sometimes it is sad to watch. That said, Simone understands and will create something lovely that can be enjoyed by people - young or old, sick or healthy, rich or poor. That is a gift and I think Exceptional Flowers creates art with every design.

Chris hired my company to handle the delivery of flowers, gift baskets, and arrangements for the shop this Mother Day's weekend. We sent out 2 climate controlled sprinter vans showed up ahead of schedule to find no deliveries ready and were instructed to wait. The shop manager was unaware of the hiring and instructed us to stay in store until Chris arrived. 40 minutes later he showed up with horrible attitude clearly agitated for some reason and got hostile when I attempted to communicate with him. This really disgusted me so I politely told them I wanted to part ways and bill them for the hour in which we traveled out. They refused!
