Just the day before Valentine's Day, I ordered half dozen red roses, a teddy bear and the gourmet snack basket for my wife and baby girl to celebrate. This was the first time I order from Dolly's Florist. Knowing it was last minute and panicking, I asked if they could have it ready the next morning if possible not expecting that they could during such a busy time for their business. To my surprise, I called early the next morning and my order was more ready than I was. When I finally got the chance to get there and pick up my order later that morning, they not only serviced me, but they also were helping a host of other last minute shoppers (men mainly) the day of, doing everything they could to put a smile on their face. They made us feel very important! I'll never forget my experience and will shop at Dolly's Florist in the future if God is willing.

Called to order an arrangement for my brother who is in the hospital from recent surgery and talked to Mary Lee. For the card she helped me with the wording, I let her know of his struggles with surgery and I mentioned it would be nice if there were a service that could deliver reading glasses since he is in great need, and I am out of state. Would You believe that with the arrangement Mary Lee included a pair of reading glasses. That means she got In her car and went to get my brother a pair of reading glasses so that he would have them with the plant/flower arrangement she had for him and he would be able to read my card without difficulty!!! I am speechless!! My brother and I both cried over the phone over this stranger who runs a business and went above and beyond to provide a service and help someone in need. This business-these people have HEART!!! Please support them and get Your flowers here-they are honest, decent and caring and the HEART!!-You can't buy that!!! Needless to say I will always get my flowers and plants from this place. Thank You so much for caring like You do!!! SO Grateful!!

Definitely not high quality flowers, or service. Arrangement was far from what was asked for. Would not work to correct it for the client.

Grew up in N.Miami, left there in 1969, living in CO now. Searched net for Florist near Jackson North to send Sunflowers to my cousin. Recognized Dolly's Florist immediately - it was there when I lived there. Customer service was excellent when I called. And for me Dolly's reputation from years ago means that the flowers they deliver to my cousin will be perfect. Highly recommend Dolly's for all the good reasons.
