Tried calling to get some information about flowers for an upcoming wedding and dealt with the rudest man answering the phone. He acted as if I was putting him into some sort of imposition by asking. Claimed they were way to busy to provide any info. Customer service is severely lacking and you just lost a customer before I could even get started. Steer clear and don't let these people put a damper on your special day!

She failed miserably to create flowers for my wife in the colors asked for (blood red is not pink) and then thought gluing crystals to the petals would be “cool” . When picked up my wife was upset and asked about the color being wrong and the un asked for alteration. She received no apology or any type of contrition from the florist (even after being shown another copy of the picture with the correct colors in it). Customer service is not something future potential customers will find here.

3rd time in two months been by around 9:15 9:30 to get my wife surprise flowers still closed I think the hours on Google page should be changed from 9 to when is really open

My husband ordered flowers for my birthday to be delivered to my office last week. The arrangement arrived and when it did I noticed the roses were brown around the edges and called and asked if anything could be done. The arrangement was $70, so I definitely thought the flowers should be fresh. The guy who answered said I could bring them in to get changed out but I was working and that wasn't convenient for me. I also did not want my husband to know they had delivered wilted flowers to me. I also stated that if we had to bring the flowers back to get something fresh then the delivery charge should be adjusted. He said he didn't have authority to do that and took my number for the owner to call me. I never heard back from anyone and the $70 charge still stands. Needless to say we will not be using this flower shop again.

We used Cottage Florist initially for a delivery to the hospital and they did a wonderful job brightening the room and day of the patient. So, when it came time for flowers for an 80th Birthday we called on them once again! A big beautiful arrangement of lavender and white roses in a lovely vase were more than you could hope for. They are friendly, efficient, and always do more than asked. We included candy as well which we were told were fresh and delicious. Thanks Cottage!

I ordered an arrangement spent 70 plus delivery asked for 2 specific things got one and it was not even pretty. I called was told to bring back and they would add few things. really going to take back from person delivered to go across town and back to person delivered to. Poor customer service
