The flowers were fresh and lasted a very long time after the event, which was an added plus. Not only were the flowers fantastic, so is the staff. Ginny worked diligently with us to create the perfect proposal to bring our vision to life (bouquets, centerpieces, etc.). I would without hesitation recommend Art Among the Flowers to anyone whether it's a small arrangement or an event!

Tried to place an order for a funeral service over the phone, owner was short tempered and rude stating “I have other people waiting to place orders” trying to rush me through the order. The first time I called I was given a price and she stated, employee is new and gave you incorrect price. They did not have the proper items to make the arrangement and still wanted to charge the cost of the original arrangement I wanted even though it would be significantly different. Over priced arrangements and Owner has no sympathy for customers. I do not recommended.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day-- a nice arrangement, higher end cost. One flower, hydrangea, wilted overnight. I contacted Art Among the Flowers and they personally drove at least I think 10 miles one way to replace that hydrangea bloom in the bouquet. Are you tired of NO customer service? I am! And I didn't expect much when I contacted them to tell them this large bloom was wilted -- so what, right? I am impressed with their handling of this and will be using them anytime I order flowers in that part of Florida!

Valentine's Day!! NO LONGER A PROBLEM!! We are new to this area, having moved here just over a year ago. I was looking for a reliable florist for a Valentine gift for my lovely wife. I found Art Among The Flowers online and I am SO glad I did. They have such a variety of options at different prices, and I was able to get just what I wanted. Being a first time customer, I was sincerely hoping that the flowers lived up to the pictures and descriptions shown on their website. I will just say that they were BETTER than advertised and I am now the VERY ADMIRED HUSBAND that I hoped to be when I placed my order. The flowers were delivered to our door, as promised. The morning before our beach wedding day we went looking for a specific color bouquet, and this was the first place we checked. I wish that we had gone somewhere else. I told the lady helping us that I needed a solid salmon colored bouquet, and she said she could do salmon roses for my fiance could pick up the following morning. I asked her to call me if there were any problems, and she said there won't be. When my fiance arrived back with the bouquet, I burst into tears, it was not what she promised me. It was cream roses with little orange flowers stuck between the roses with green ivy wrapped around the border. It didn't match my dress at all, but I had to use it because there was no time left. Now I have a permanent reminder of my unhappiness with this throughout the length of our wedding video,

do not buy! I ordered a sunflower and roses combo for my mom for mother's day. I spent 75 bucks for them to deliver an awful bunch. no roses. not the traditional sunflower. I have pictures of what was supposed to be delivered and what was delivered and they are not even close to being Similar! I emailed them about it and the response was "we heard your mom loved them, but we can come and take back the flowers for a full refund" really? this is bad business. I agreed for them to pick them up for a refund but they never responded. Now the are refusing to refund because my mom "enjoyed them" my mom was very upset that they conned and cheated me after she saw what was supposed to be delivered. My mom then called them and tried to explain the situation. Very calmly and respectfully, but the lady Ginny, lied, yelled and then HUNG UP on her. Never do business with these people unless you want trashy flowers for an expensive price. I also agreed to have them taken back, but the business never responded to me. So now this is the excuse they have for not refunding. Theyalso never specified there was a 24 hr return period until today. (3 days later) I am being falsely accused of "sabotage" because they don't like I'm reviewing. But those are the actual flowers I received and the actual picture I should have received from their website. All I wanted was the business to own up to their mistakes. I have the screen shots of our conversations and would gladly share them Update: after 5 days of arguing with this business and the community rallying around me to help right this situation, Ginny finally did the decent thing and refunded my money. She stated if I removed my negative reviews she would refund me, I stated I would post that she fixed the situation AFTER I was refunded. I got my refund today. So here is my update. Thank you.

Coming from a large Italian family, I have needed the help of a florist on so many different occasions! There hasn’t been a time that Ginny hasn’t “leaped into action “ to assist me by phone, and to help me - no matter where I have needed a flower arrangement, when I have needed one, or for whom! We have never actually met, as I live far away! And yet, Ginny gives me her personal time, answers my many questions and always recommends and guarantees that they will be “gorgeous”! Great customer service!! I used the Contact Us link on their website and received a message back just a short while later even though it was after business hours. I had selected the wrong delivery date by mistake, but Ginny was willing to change delivery to meet our needs and even reached out to the church directly to confirm the best time of day to deliver. Art Among the Flowers creates stunning arrangements with long lasting blooms. My son's piano teacher's birthday is what brought me into this beautiful boutique. I wanted to give her a nice arrangement but had a budget in mind. I told Ginny {the owner} my budget and she graciously invited me to the back cooler to choose some blooms that fit my budget. The ending result was absolutely stunning!! She walked me through the process and even taught me about some flowers I haven't heard of before. She topped the arrangement off with a big purple bow that she whipped up in two seconds {I need to learn how to do that!}. There were beautiful arrangements, gifts and art sprinkled all around the boutique. I loved how comfortable the store is and not over crowed with tchotchkes. Only pretty things. Art Among the Flowers is my go to place for flowers and gifts.

I called them trying to just place a few orders for flowers. The phone was answered by a woman, who seemed nice at first. She quickly put me on hold, and when she returned she began chewing me out and screaming at me with all kinds of rude, fowl, an sexual language. I tried to calm her down and tell her she might be speaking with the wrong person, but she wouldn't let me speak. When she was finished she hung up. I called back, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but was immediately hung up on again. NEVER doing business with them. NO ART here, I may call the Chamber of Commerce and the BBB.

I found Art Among The Flowers through an assisted living facility I used to work for, families would purchase flowers to be delivered for their loved ones. I knew I had ask them to do my wedding bouquet!! I met with Ginny who is the sweetest by the way to discuss price range and all that other good stuff. I showed her a picture of what I had wanted, boy oh boy she did way better than that picture and what I had in my head!! My bouquet was just breathtaking. I’m so glad I preserved it! If you’re looking for a florist who will be patient, and really listen to what you want then you found her. She and her staff not only do great work but will educate you when you ask questions.

Mom's like corsages! :-). I was driving back to Port Orange today (the Sat b4 Easter) from being out of town on vacation. I thought I had plenty of time to get my Mom a corsage to wear to church tomorrow for Easter Sunday- I started calling florists while driving down the road- surprisingly they were all closed, getting ready to close, or they don't make corsages! After abt 8 calls to florists closer to home, I gave up on that and I started trying florists closer to where I was on 95 South. I got in touch with Ginny and told her my dilemma --she could not have been more accommodating!!! I gave her a very general idea of what I wanted on the phone, and when I got there to pick it up it was like she read my mind -- it was just PERFECT!!! Her shop is so beautiful and calming, just wonderful!! I am SO VERY happy that I stumbled upon Art among the flowers!! It is tucked away in a quaint little area of Palm Coast - but well worth the trip!! Ginny - thank u again, my Mom loved her beautiful corsage!!!

Finally getting around to this review...as a parent of a teenager who goes to school and is not working. My husband and I pay for everything and when it came for prom we paid for all the bells and whistles for that event. I found it very hard to swallow the fact that this florist wanted to charge us $50. for a corsage and $40. for a boutonniere. I asked why so high in the price and was told because she had to make her staff work overtime. As a person who has been in customer service basically my whole life made me question, why would you ever tell a customer, "we have to charge you more cuz we have to pay our staff more". If you can't afford to pay your staff overtime than you are not managing your money correctly. Never in my life have I ever had anyone say that to me, nor should a business ever say that to customers. Needless to say I found a local florist who only charged $25 for the corsage and $10 for the boutonniere and they looked amazing. I'm sorry but I don't and won't EVER reccomend this florist to anyone.

In BOTH cases the main flowers in the arrangements have not been fresh and in BOTH cases they wilted/started dropping petals a day after delivery. Will not deal with this business again! I see you responded that I must have you confused with another flower shop, as you don't have me in your data base. I said I was involved in sending 2 arrangements. I went in with other family members, so I didn't actually order them, just paid part of the orders. I do not have you confused with another shop, I got your name from one of the recipients. I saw both arrangements - NOT fresh flowers!

Excellent price and customer service. Unbeknownst to me, the person I had ordered the wine and pasta basket for was out of town. I received an email and phone call to alert me to this (they indicated that no one answered the door and there were newspapers in the driveway). They also contacted the recipient and they worked out a time to redeliver the basket. They delivered as promised and the recipient is extremely pleased with the wine and pasta basket. My grandparents reached their 61st anniversary, a couple of days ago. I’m in New York and I wanted them to enjoy their special day together and lift up the mood since my grandmother is having health complications. There were some things that I wasn’t sure about after completing the order, so I called ART among the Flowers and they took care of everything. Wonderful experience using ART Among the FLOWERS. Our office purchased a plant to be delivered same-day, and we were very pleased to find out there was no same-day delivery fee. When the plant was dropped off, the recipient wasn’t home, so the gentleman who left it on the porch left a very nice voicemail letting me know it was delivered. In the evening, we received another very nice call for our recipient letting her know that if she hasn’t already received her gift, to check her front porch. The flowers were beautiful, everyone who called was super sweet, and I love the high level of customer service this business provides. Will definitely be using ART among the FLOWERS for any future needs.

We recently traveled to Florida for the funeral of our mother and googled this company for sympathy flowers. The customer service was nice the day of we were looking forward to the costly displays we purchase for our mother. We made specific requests such as would we have those exact flowers and were told yes because they had all those flowers thanks to a shipment they just got in. That was NOT the case the day of the funeral. The flowers were received were that different and did not at all look fresh. It was a shame that even at the time of grief all of her children noticed how gloomy the flowers looked. When we called to ask what had happened the friendly customer service was no longer present and instead we were accused of wanting free flowers which was not that case we were simply requesting some type of compensation.
