The first time I went in, Vinny went so above and beyond to help put together the most GORGEOUS arrangement I have ever had. You can find many florists who can deliver lovely floral designs but there is no one who will make you feel more welcome, heard and appreciated than Marc. I met with Marc and Trae for the consultation, they listened to what I wanted, pored over pictures with me, talked about me and my husband’s vision for our wedding and I left the shop feeling like I just had a get together with very good friends. On the day of the event Marc and Vinny set up an Amazing display that totally exceeded my expectations. My wife and I came into town for an anniversary getaway. I wanted to start the trip off right by having a nice bouquet of flowers waiting for her in the room. So I called the hotel to arrange it and they recommended that I contact A Marc In Design. I called and spoke with Vinny, who was fantastic. He was kind and courteous throughout the entire process. I asked him if he could send me a picture of the arrangement after he was done, and he said certainly. Later that evening I received the promised picture of the bouquet and it was awesome. However it was not the bouquet that was waiting for us upon check-in. The top picture (see attached image) was the bouquet I was expecting, but the bottom was what was waiting for us. I called and spoke with Marc (the owner) and he explained to me that the wrong picture was sent to me. The picture that was sent was a more expensive bouquet. And went on to explain the price of the flowers and the vase they come in etc. I’m not a florist. I’m a customer. I called and gave a price point of what I wanted to spend (which ended up being over $100 including delivery and taxes, so not cheap) and told Vinny the kind of flowers my wife likes and what colors she likes. The bouquet that was waiting for us was not that. But what was most insulting was the lack of interest Mark showed in rectifying the situation. The only solution that was offered, was for him to replicate the first bouquet picture that was sent to me, but since it was more expensive I’d have to pay the difference. So I’m being inconvenienced AND I also get to pay MORE money? No thank you. Again, Vinny was wonderful to work with. I just wish the owner shared the same level of customer service.

I visited the shop today to meet the owner, compliment him on the very long lasting roses I received and see what else he had to offer. The shop is charming AND owner is charming. I’m one of the lucky one’s. I’ve been married for 25 years and have a husband who still treats me like we are dating. For years, my husband has stopped once a week on his way home from work and buys me roses from this gem of a flower shop. The shop is adorable, the flowers are lovely, and Marc and his staff are helpful and passionate about what they do. For my husband, he loves that he receives personalized attention every time he goes in the shop. (And don’t tell him I told you, but Marc even throws in a few extra types of flowers every now and then!). You won’t be disappointed with Marc and his team, no matter the occasion.

I've been a neighbor and customer of Marc's shop for quite a while. I'm impressed by the warmth and accommodation his business has always provided me, during all times which would warrant his services - good and bad. Arrangements range from classic to eclectic; much of the selection is certainly a refreshing change from the norm. I personally steer away from the typical dozen red roses or _______ with baby's breath arrangements. After learning his customer's profile, Marc has produced some very unique displays of creativity, and I have always walked away pleased. Recipients of his work tend to react in a very impactful way, and to me, it's the only acceptable reaction when delivering a florist's creation. I highly recommend this shop - very refreshing to find a business that never lets you down.

I have just seen what Marc can do in an hour or so. Amazing! I can only imagine how he can fulfill a customer's dreams given more time. Or on a bigger scale. My niece was just home after a medical procedure that we could not be there for and we wanted to show her we were with her in our hearts. So, of course, flowers. But it was Saturday afternoon. I'm in Tampa. I called A Marc In Design, hoping for something, anything, in the few hours left in the day. Marc got on the phone, we talked, and he assured me he could help. And without soaking me, either. That's all I needed to hear to know this man puts customer service first. But little did I know just HOW he would deliver. The arrangement he brought her far exceeded my expectations. What a mind he has for design! And he drove them over himself. Moments later, I got a call of thanks from my niece. The experience brightened her day. I feel like Marc was there in my stead. This man is so much more than a florist. Look him when you're in need.

Transformation from “I don’t really like flowers.. to .. I want more flowers” My very best friend was getting married and wanted something very intimate and simple. She’s normally a little over the top but because of trying to plan a wedding in 1 week she wanted to keep it as simple as possible. She generally doesn’t make a big deal about flowers; often saying she’s not into flowers. Living in NY and helping her with this wedding in Florida, did not make it easier, so many things to do (find venue to host the ceremony and reception, tight budget and in less than a week). But let’s just say that it all happened beautifully and completely created a paradigm shift for my dear friend and her now husband. I arrived to Florida Saturday afternoon, we researched florist and found A Marc in Design. We entered this floral shop 4pm hoping for a miracle and a miracle was delivered the next morning at 11am for the wedding! When the package was delivered and set to display, we were WOWED! The arrangements and tablescape made the event the event. Guests were wowed and couldn’t believe this was planned in less than a week. My friend found herself explaining time and time again that this was done in hours leading up to the wedding. Marc transformed her into a lover of flowers and arrangements. She’s now planning a bigger do-over wedding in a year and has already requested more flowers with a rose wall as back-drop. Can you believe that! Marc certainly left an impression and left A Marc in Design in my friend’s heart. Marc himself was a charm to work with, miracle worker at hand and personally provided great customer follow up during the delivery process and after the wedding. We are going to be repeat customers for sure. Round 2, 3 and 4…..here we come Marc! For all events like Wedding, Dinner Parties and Celebrations, we know where to go!

I wanted to order flowers for my daughter's bachelorette weekend in Fort Lauderdale. Being the mom and the matron of honor, I wanted them to be special and reflect the theme of the wedding and her personality. I had looked at so many websites and just got so tired of seeing the same flowers over and over on every site I visited. Nothing was jumping out at me. I decided to look at one more website and call it a night. That website was A Marc in Design. It took all of 10 seconds for me to find the perfect arrangement! As soon as I saw it I knew it was exactly what I didn't know I wanted! It not only reflected my daughter's personality, it reflected the theme of the wedding with all the flowers from her bouquet! I sent an email and Marc reached out to me the next day. After talking to Marc for only a few minutes, I knew I made the right choice. It felt like I was talking to an old friend that knew myself and my daughter very well! He was friendly and warm and engaged in the conversation. He wasn't just taking an order, he was paying attention. A few days later, I added to the order for an arrangement for our sales coordinator at the hotel. You never know what you are going to get when you order flowers online so I would have been happy if they looked liked the picture. Marc surpassed my expectations! The flowers were stunning! Everyone loved them but most importantly, my daughter loved them. She cried when she saw them. The flowers for our sales coordinator were equally as stunning! The final surprise was the bouquet that Marc made for me as a thank you! How cool is that? I highly recommend A Marc in Design. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. While driving on 95 and stopped in traffic, I randomly put "florist nearby" into iPhone Maps and was led to: A Marc In Design. Quite fortuitously as although my original visit was simply intended as a quick pit-stop for flowers for a dinner gathering with treasured friends, it BLOSSOMED into so much more! I was greeted by Beethoven the quiet and well-mannered rat terrier (we are @SingingDogSailing and complete dog lovers) followed by Vinny whom I overheard requesting a hug from a departing customer of obvious long-time patronage. When Vinny greeted me I said, "I heard you were giving out hugs today!" To which he gladly acquiesced. Random request most certainly, but beyond beautiful flowers it was exactly what was needed. I told Vinny that my husband and I had lost our business and friends lost their home in Hurricane Irma in the US Virgin Island of St John 11 months ago almost to the day and that we were rendezvousing that evening to discuss rebuilding and recovery--an emotionally charged, but healing evening planned ahead. So Vinny and the flower shop that is so much more than simply a florist, right then and there became part of our story. Literally exactly what we needed in the BEAUTIFUL arrangement and in the stellar customer service experience.
