Ruined my wedding day. I requested a ALL white floral arrangement in a PLAIN CLEAR VASE. I spent the entire morning of my WEDDING re-arranging the flowers and digging a workable vase out of storage. I was very specific with them that I wanted all white (no green). My significant other walked in the door with a giant green filled bouquet in an ornate vase. I cried they were so bad. I ended up with about 6 white roses and 10 filler flowers...not ok. Very disappointed. BTW we told them we didn't care about cost since it was my wedding day and all I wanted was an all white arrangement. It was a matter of them "knowing better" and not listening.

I recently used the services of Ten Pennies Florist for the first time and I cannot say enough about them. I am from out of state but had a family member who was having major surgery in that area and they were so helpful. They went above and beyond to find out exactly where the building and room number was (even before I knew). They were able to create a one of a kind basket from me and they were very quick to respond to any question/concern I had. I would definitely use them again in the future. The was probably the best experience I have had with a florist and they definitely make you feel like you are the only customer they have!

Delivery time was as requested and my daughter and her husband loved the flowers. They sent me a picture of the arrangement - it was beautiful (even prettier than the picture on the website). we ordered 3 pieces for a memorial service this past Saturday. 4 dozen long stemmed white roses. We wanted a rich, understated elegance. We made this clear when we places our order. The peices were fair even acceptable but they were not what we wanted and certainly not what we paid for. The roses were all open and of very poor quality. Everyone knows Ten Pennies is expensive. I believed the adage you get what you pay for. Not true here!!!! So you if you want mediocore work for top prices see TEN PENNIES!~

I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day on Valentine's Day (yesterday), needless to say, it was very last minute. They weren't sure if my order would be delivered the same day. I really needed same day delivery, the flowers I ordered were for my aunt and we just suffered a great loss in our family. Based on a photo sent by our daughter, we cannot give a great review. The arrangement looked sparse, a bit boring and not anywhere near as nice as the website picture. We did authorize a change since you were out of some flowers, but we were disappointed.
