My daughter's wedding was this past Sat. The bride and bridemaids' flowers were very nice and worth the price charged. I don't know the price of the centerpieces, but they were nice as well. However, I was VERY disappointed with the below: 1. I ordered flowers for my house. The centerpiece was $75. We discussed it in details and even talked about the container. When I picked it up, it was in a vase and not even close to $75. They graciously offered to change it to a centerpiece and it ended up being beautiful. 2. The bridal party was dressed at my house but my flowers for the wedding with the girls flowers. My daughter called and they sent my flowers. Rosebud's response to me when I sent my list of issues was that they were not sure where to deliver them. Then why not call and ask. I was with my daughter and she was very clear regarding what was to be delivered where. Then, the Groom’s mother’s flowers were sent to my house. We took them to the wedding. And no, my flowers did not go to the groomsmen, we checked before we called. 3. Due to the forecasted weather, the “gazebo” flowers were changed to 4 arrangements on pillars so they could be portable. Every person who I asked said that they were worth $50 each but I paid $100 per arrangement. I was so disappointed. There is a picture attached. I'm not sure it what world that is a $100 arrangement. Rosebud did not address this except to say at the start of their overall response that they were sorry I was disappointed. 4. The most upsetting item (which brought me to tears) was that a rose I ordered (and paid for) was not delivered to the venue. As soon as we arrived to the venue, I immediately asked for the rose so I could place it at our table. The staff searched and they could not find it. I called but Rosebud was closed. I didn’t realize it but the venue also called. The venue then offered to go out and purchase a rose. When I ordered the rose, I told them it was for my husband to give his daughter for their dance. Rosebud told me that they delivered the rose and placed it in the gazebo. When I arrived, it was not in the gazebo, anyway why would they leave it out in the heat when I told them it was for the dance?

Beautiful flower arrangements! My father and I went to Rosebud to choose flowers for my mother's funeral. It was very difficult and emotional... we were treated with the utmost respect and all of our requests and wishes were granted. The head florist was also able to design and create a flower arrangement in the shape of an airplane [in red, white and blue] in honor of my mother who was a flight attendant for American Airlines. It was a wonderful display, and all of the guests were impressed by the airplane and other flower arrangements. We really appreciated it! Thank you.

My Aunt passed away a week ago and the funeral was after Valentine’s Day. We were having trouble getting flowers made for the funeral because of the holiday. Rosebud not only did it, but did a phenomenal job. The flowers were fresh and made into a beautiful cross with a ribbon that said “God daughter”. I hope we don’t have to buy any funeral flowers again soon, but will definitely keep them in mind for future needs. Highly recommend. They helped to make a difficult day a bit easier on us.

This florist understands customer service and saving the day. My daughter needed flowers for her prom because the florist she had order from was unable to fulfill her order for some reason and Rosebud was able to make sure she had something for her special day with very little notice. It was easy to order and arrived when I asked them to be. I have ordered from Rosebud before and it was great. For some unexplained reason I went with another florist and it was not the best experience, I have returned to Rosebud and they are now the only florist I want to use. The flowers arrived in beautiful condition, fresh and wonderfully arranged. I would highly recommend Rosebud.

Very nice, classy hometown florist. I have never been disappointed, they really go out of their way to make sure you get above and beyond what you ask for. The flowers are always displayed elegantly and rich looking. Very tastefully arranged.

Beautiful arrangements, very fair pricing, and excellent customer service! Ran in last minute to get flowers for my girlfriend and even though they were minutes away from closing, the florist happily put together a beautiful bouquet. Much better than ShopRite or any chain florist. Highly recommended - I love to support small/local businesses - we all should!

Bad experience...wont be buying flowers from here anymore. I ordered an arrangement for my uncles viewing and the card that they printed out looked as if a child had done it. Misspelled names, a ribbon was supposed to be draped across the flowers and it wasn't, one of my family members names was separated on two separate lines. Also when I ordered the flowers I did it over the phone with the owner and asked for the total which he gave me. Somehow when i got the statement from the bank it was $2.02 more. Its not about the amount of money but the principle, don't give me a price then decide to change it. I called to speak to him the next day but he was off and I was told he would call me back....never happened. I went in today to see the owner in person and his excuse was.." new employee". I have recommended this flower shop in the past and like to keep the local merchants in business, but I will encourage anyone who asks me about Rosebud Florist in Pitman to go elsewhere. Also the day I ordered the flowers I called him back to make sure of the chronological order on the card....that was a wasted phone call, apparently he didn't think the way I wanted the card to look mattered and he ignored my request.

There are many other florists in the area that provide better value for money. If you want to spend well over $100 for something worth $60 all because they threw some green foliage in there and made it seem like "art" then go right ahead. Not a one-off event, it has happened every single time I have ordered there. I guess I finally learned my lesson, for it will not be happening again!

Needed last minute same day delivery, not for the first time, and RoseBud Floral Art came through again. They have a nice website with pictures of arrangements, which can be sorted by occasion and price, is easy to navigate and make selections. Online shopping and checkout is fast and easy.

My wife and I could not be happier with Rosebud. Bob is extremely helpful and worked with us to design an amazing wedding bouquet and floral arrangement. During this process there was a local wedding show that they had a booth at. Bob told us that he would design an arrangement and feature it at the event so we could see it before hand. It stole the show. How often do you get to see your flowers months in advance!? During the wedding process Rosebud was there for us and very very willing to help in any way.
