Excellent customer service! Above & Beyond! I had a dear friend staying at a nearby hotel and when I phoned the hotel, the front desk attendant googled nearby flower shops and found Old City Flowers. I gave them a call and spoke with Sue is either the manager or the owner but I explained I have a friend who is checking out in less than an hour, can you help. Not only did she help but she made a lovely arrangement in under 20 minutes so that the bell-man from the hotel could pick it up immediately. I explained to her that I want something romantic but not over the top and something that can be brought on a plane for my friend is a flight attendant. My friend was so blown away by the gesture and the arrangement. I will never forget how much this local flower shop helped me in a time of need and went out of their way to do so. I highly recommend you visit this shop. Thank you so much Sue, you're a wonderful person and thank you Old City Flowers. You have a customer for life.

Old City made the most beautiful centerpieces for my wedding. I even asked to have the colors changed only a week ahead of time, and they were very adaptive and easy to work with. I told them my budget upfront and they were able to make everything fit within it! I'd highly recommend them for weddings or special events!

Alright,this is the most awesome flower shop I have ever met in my life. I ordered $90 flower+toy bear combination on my girlfriend's birthday ; honestly speaking, it was a great experience to order online flowers before in Seattle and Davis,California.So I think this shop would be a great one as well. It will be scheduled to delivered on 2pm 7th,July;however, we did not receive the call until 3pm and it was by a staff in the shop telling us we did not answer the call .Excuse me？seriously? I am kind of afraid that I may leave the wrong number and I confirm with her; she is pretty assured that the delivery driver called us 3 times in a typical classic "Expedia After-sales service" which makes me think that she is a professional service-staff rogue. And she let us rescheduled the delivery on today morning, what is impressive now is that the flower has never been sent to us ;we gave them a call and what they basically tried to tell us is that it was on delivery. When I am writing this review ,the time is 13:35 7th July . And they are keeping saying their driver just spent 4 hours driving from Germantown to city avenue. Maybe president Trump change the wall plan from El Paso to Philadelphia? I do not know This experience refreshes my acknowledgement about the Philadelphia flower delivery, I never know before there is such a company could be more annoying than the Philly DMV.

I called to ask for a refund and Cathy handled my call quickly and professionally. I was refunded without any resistance, and they delivered a free replacement arrangement today to make up for it. The flowers I bought my girlfriend were absolutely amazing! She lives in Philadelphia part time and being able to buy her flowers long distance and get them delivered SAME DAY was such a great experience. Customer service was on point with friendly and helpful staff. As for the flowers they were delivered in outstanding condition and the quality of them is fantastic! Shes has absolutely nothing but good things to say about them, the quality, the smell, the specific arrangement of each individual flower makes for an absolutely beautiful centerpiece as they're such beautiful sight. 10/10 absolutely will be doing business here again in the future!

The flowers were nice, however some of them weren't in good condition, especially for the price. I know they're flowers but for $80, the flowers should be just blooming so they'll last for more than 2 days. It was my Anniversary and I loved my husband's thoughtful, regardless.

I understand that Valentine's Day is the busiest day of the year for a florist, but if you can't accommodate delivery then don't have it listed as available as an option -- only to refund the order the day of when it is too late to make other arrangements. Very disappointed.

Randi was so helpful when I called wanting a special Christmas arrangement for family members. She patiently answered all my questions and was just so kind and friendly as I decided on what to order. When ordering from far away, you always wonder what will actually be delivered, but I need not have worried. I’m very disappointed. I ordered my mom birthday flowers and paid $140. I received a phone call the day before her birthday to say “our flower delivery didn’t come in right”. In other words they needed to change the flowers. My request was that it not be all pink flowers. My mom just sent me a picture of her flowers and it’s empty looking. In the website picture there’s two color roses etc. and her bouquet does not have that. I wish I could attach the picture. Horrible.

I ordered flowers after noon and hoped to have them delivered the same day to someone who was rushed in for surgery unexpectedly. As soon as I placed the order, Old City called to tell me I missed the truck, and asked if tomorrow would be OK. I was a little disappointed, but I said that would be fine. She said she'd make it extra special and I thought that was nice. She did one better than that and managed to deliver them the same day. I had really wanted to be there for my friend in person, but I was so happy the flowers brightened her day in my absence. They are beautiful and I will definitely order from Old City again due to their prompt and caring customer service.
