I received flowers from Media Florist over the weekend and three of the hydrangeas had wilted the very next day. My husband placed a call to Media Florist and the owner (sorry we didn't get your name) came out right away to replace the wilted flowers and added additional lilies to the arrangement! She worked fast and that's what super customer service is all about! Thanks Media Florist!

There was no high pressure sales presentation, but rather we were greeted with highly professional guidance that blended the baseball theme seamlessly with all my hopes for an elegant event that came in right on budget.
