Went here ON valentines day to get a last minute bouquet of roses for my girlfriend. They didnt have exactly what I wanted but they did come up with something completely acceptable. I asked for something not harmful to animals and the girl said baby's breath can be bad for cats and they wouldnt put any in my arrangement..... yet my arrangement had plenty of that in it. My cat didnt eat any of it and I dont even know if its harmful but they lose a star for it. Besides that. Good place to get flowers as far as I'm concerned. EDIT to reply to owner response: Again, the complaint I have isnt that babys breath was put in my arrangement. It is that your employee advised me it could be harmful to cats and that there would be none put into my arrangement, and when I received the arrangement five minutes later it was beautiful but contained babys breath. That's fine, and after doing a bit of googling I learned that it is harmless, but to comment on here almost two months later and not even address my (very minor) complaint but rather copy paste info I've already found almost feels a bit condescending. At any rate, the girlfriend loved her flowers and the cats didnt die. Have a nice day

I had a dozen roses sent for Valentines Day and they were dead by Saturday night / Sunday AM. What a waste of money for my boyfriend when the price is tripled for this holiday.

Friendly Flowers delivered a beautiful arrangement to my granddaughter for her 5th birthday when FTD dropped the ball. Highly recommend!! The arrangement was perfect and the teddy bear that I requested was so much more than I expected.

This is such an amazing florist. I live out of town and ordered online. The process was seamless. I did forget to add East to my family members address and redelivering was so easy. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and the customer service was exceptional!

I received a beautiful bouquet for my birthday. Unfortunately, the focus flowers died in one day. I called the florist and explained and was told that they would replace the bouquet. When that didn’t happen I called again and was told they were waiting for a flower delivery to the shop on Thursday. Today is Tuesday and still nothing. I am so disappointed.
