It's 6:30pm and I'm standing in front of their closed shop after the website and the phone message said they we're open to 7:00pm. What a waste of time. This shop is as dead to me as the flowers in the window.

I purchased a plant for my desk at work on Friday and when I got back into the office on Monday my new plant had at least three dead leaves and many more wilting. Thinking it must be in need of water, I fed it, hoping to see improvement. Tuesday morning there was even more wilting and fallen leaves. I brought the plant back into the store and was met with blame for "overwatering" and concern that I hadn't looked up how to care for the plant. I was sold on this plant because I was told "it doesn't need anything!" They will not process returns after 48 hours, especially after a plant has been "damaged." I should not have a dead plant within 3 days of purchase no matter what. On top of this pitiful customer experience, the store is overpriced and has an extremely limited selection. I see no point in choosing this store over the other options in the city. I will not return.

Such a cool a little shop. Owner and staff are super friendly and the bouquets are beautiful and last for a couple of weeks. Definitely one of the better shops in the Rittenhouse Square area of Philadelphia.

My boyfriend sent me a succulent for my desk at my new office space... it has been 3 weeks and, despite watering it, I just noticed the plant is starting to dry up. No, I didn't over-water the succulent...The plant came with no roots... (is this normal!?) Whoever potted this cut off the roots and just stuck it on top of the soil... They did the same thing with the other two smaller succulents in the pot, which are also turning yellow. I've purchased succulents before and I've never seen this. I feel this is pretty unprofessional actually... If they can't pot a succulent right, I wouldn't trust them to do anything else.

Honestly disappointed. Was so excited to have a flower shop so close to work. However, the customer service, communications, and lack of ethics is horrible. I picked my own flowers and paid for them on Friday. However, I decided to leave the bouquet at the shop, so that it'll stay fresh longer while I'm at work. But I forgot to pick it up after work and decided to pick it up on Monday; since it's easier for me to come into the city on a day that I'm working. But when I came in, no one had any clue about my order/flowers. Turns out that arrangement, I handpicked and already paid for is no longer available. The one employee tried to accommodate me (thank you sir) by creating a similar arrangement (only one type was no longer available), but another employee (seems like the manager) basically said no, it's a different arrangement and I would have to make a new charge. Side note: she also said that one of the flowers I was charged for wasn't what I picked out..so I'm to blame for an employee charging me the wrong amount, when that was the flower I have already picked and paid for. I was also never given a courtesy/phone call reminding me about my flowers (so were you just gonna take my money without making sure I got the flowers?). Who knew going to pick up my, already paid for, flowers would be such a headache

Every person I interacted with in here was friendly, helpful, and approachable. I found exactly what I was looking for despite having little or no idea of what that was when I walked in the door. Perfect place for any flower-based gift, especially if you need help picking them out to make something personal. I will definitely be returning.
