Ordered Roses to be delivered to my wife's office last week for Valentines Day with instructions that they be delivered before 2:30PM. Needless to say the flowers were not delivered and my response was "We can deliver them tomorrow" No thanks. This is a disgrace.

Prom bouquet flowers were starting to wilt before my daughter even took Prom photos — the bouquet looked awful in the photos . Seemed as though the bouquet was prepared days before the Prom. Extremely disappointed for the price

This is my go-to place for gorgeous flower arrangements and thoughtful gifts. The flowers you get from here are reliably beautiful and it is obvious they ARE NOT your run-of-the-mill 1-800/standard florist stuff. When I have sent their arrangements to friends and family members they are always touched at how extra special the arrangements are. And they are not any more expensive then those other places either! And if you haven't been to the shop, it is worth it. It has been a great place to get unique, fairly priced items to put together something nice, especially for an adult (they are especially hard to shop for!).

My daughter’s prom was yesterday. I ordered her flowers more than one month ago and spend a good amount of time with the florist coming up with a design to match my daughter’s dress. The dress is navy with large flowers of pink and white. Only one shade of pink. They kept showing me flowers and all were off and not what I wanted. We decided to have the bouquets only have the pink peonies that matches the color of the flowers in her dress. I was shocked when I picked the flowers up an hour before pictures and there was one peony (in the correct color) and all the other flowers in there were the ones they showed me and I declined. To add insult to injury the one filler flower was wilted and brown. The roses that they did use had a brownish shade towards the end and the same with the boutinierre and that rose looked like someone put it on its top and smushed in on a counter. For over $70 I expected more. I cannot imagine using this place if I were getting married and spending a fortune depending on my desire and theme. Totally disappointing. I wish I could load my pictures up for all to see.

Super late reviewing (oops!) but I got flowers for my boyfriend’s grandmother for her birthday the week before Christmas. The ordering process was so easy! I stopped in with a vague idea, and they showed me a sample of EXACTLY what I wanted! The arrangement was SO lovely and got so many compliments at Christmas Eve dinner. It was shaped like a Christmas tree with flowers/pine cones/etc as “ornaments” The arrangement lasted for awhile and I thought the price was excellent. I can’t wait to stop in again and take a look at all the gifts and stuff she has in there as well. I would absolutely use again in the future for any flowers I may need

I received an arrangement two weeks ago and was very disappointed in it. Unfortunately, my arrangement looked NOTHING like the photo. Not even close. I understand that some flowers may change due to season but the website says that they will be exchanged with flowers of equal value. There is no way that was followed in my case. He website also says that the vase color may change, but they gave me a completely different, small vase. I was given the butterfly garden arrangement and it simply had a wire butterfly in the middle of a very mediocre arrangement. The order was placed several days before the delivery so I’m upset that it wasn’t planned better before that. I am all for supporting small, local businesses and that is why my boyfriend ordered from here.... but for the price, (one of the more expensive arrangements) I was completely underwhelmed and disappointed. I have seen this shops work before and am a huge fan :(
