Felt compelled to share what a beautiful arrangement I picked up for mothers day. I had a hard time choosing what to buy but I'm beyond happy with the flowers! And my mom loved them too.

Like a typical husband whose been married for many years, I waited until after work on Valentine's Day to get flowers for my Honey. I usually just pick them up at the supermarket. Unfortunately, so do ten thousand other dudes. They were all but cleaned out by the time I got there. What was left was pretty sad looking. So I googled florist near me and Fair Hill popped up just down US40 in Elkton. Should've started there! What a great selection of beautiful fresh flowers and arrangements. And the prices were so reasonable! I started buying flowers at supermarket years ago for the convenience but also because I mistakenly believed they were cheaper than a florist. Not so! At least not compared to Fair Hill Florist. They are convenient and priced to compete. Best of all, those were the nicest flowers my wife has received in years! She really loved them and a two weeks later, they still looked fresh. I just found my new little secret -- no more supermarket flowers for this man's woman.

Sometimes the mark of a good business is not what they do right, but how they handle something that went wrong. Friends sent us a gift basket from Fair Hill that had some issues. (The details of which are not important). Upon being notified of this, the owner personally delivered a beautiful flower arrangement, and an apology for the first delivery. No-one is perfect 100% of the time, and their response showed that they truly cared about their business and their reputation. We will not hesitate to use them for any future florist needs.

I've been using this florist for 25 years (my family had used them longer still). My recent business with them has left me horribly disappointed. They were quite pleasant and accommodating in the shop but failed to follow through on our arrangement. Very argumentative and unprofessional. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would.

We recently had Fair Hill design a Christmas table arrangement for our son and his family. They were so pleased with the arrangement that they texted us a picture of it right after they received it. The flowers were beautiful!

I felt compelled to write a review after ordering my wonderful sister birthday flowers, being a guy and over 100 miles away I had never been to the florist so I wasn't sure what to expect or what she would be getting. My sister said the flowers were so beautiful and fresh, very colorful in a nice basket with a bright orange bow, it made her day and brought a tear to her eye, cant put a price on that, the young girl I spoke to on the phone while ordering was very pleasant and helpful and my sister said the delivery man was very nice and courteous. Top notch operation that will get my business for life. Great job, Thank you all at Fair Hill Florist.

I was pleasantly surprised with the funeral arrangement I ordered. It looked great and had quality flowers in it. Great value for the price. This is coming from someone who was a floral designer for 8 years! I ordered I store and the lady was kind of slow putting my order in, but at least she was accurate and got it right! Thanks, would definitely recommend.

Although I have ordered quite a few times over the years, my last experience was terrible. The flowers were not as represented on their website. And, I ordered the Premium. They were not understanding and they did not offer any explanation. Just denial. I will take my business elsewhere and will not advocate for this Florist.

Fair Hill Florist is the best I've ever seen. They were so helpful with my mother's recent funeral, and with my father's funeral two years ago. By way of example: each time, I told them what flowers Mom or Dad liked and what color the casket and their clothes were. Each time, they opened their catalog to the perfect arrangement and said "Something like this?" No, I said... EXACTLY like that. Perfect. They saved me time and energy I desperately needed to save. I'll not go anywhere else if I can help it.

I lived in elkton for 32 years. I went to the florist to get flowers delivered to a male relative in the pa. Hospital I almost walked out due to extremely poor customer service. The person, in my opion, was snippy and I got the impression she could care less . I knew they are a tel la florist so it should not be a problem Guess again. I will inform my Elkton friends about my experience. Obviously they do not want my business. I only agreed to get the flowers for I just came from the hospital and was too tired to further deal with it. Beware of poor customer service at Elkton florist. ..

The staff was very helpful with selecting an arrangement. There are balloons, cards, and small gifts. Prices are mid range, but the quality either matches or exceeds the dollar. Stop by and see them. There is a driving range in the same parking lot. It's a great place to whack a few balls for you, then pick up an bouquet for her.
