Similar to other reviewers my experience was horrible. I ordered flowers for my mothers 50th birthday to be sent to her work a week ahead of time. The next day, I called and confirmed my online order over the phone, the address, etc. For some reason I had a feeling to call today and make sure the flowers had been delivered. The woman on the phone couldn’t find my order, put me on hold three times, then tells me she will call me back. She never called me back. I had to again call the store and the same woman then tells me she has no idea where the flowers went. She didn’t even apologize and blamed the flower delivery on a “young college kid”. Worst service ever. If I haven’t called the store to make sure the flowers were delivered I wouldn’t have even known. No phone call or anything. I was simply just offered a refund. 0 Stars

I have both sent and received flowers from Elkton Florist. Beautiful bouquets that last a long time. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you get what you want! I'll never use another florist!

If I could do a zero Star it would be. The customer service is awful. The flowers were delivered on the wrong day. When calling back and talking with Britney she said....Oh that one! Like I'm a big inconvenience! I went through 800 flowers. Elkton Florist is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Don't go through them!!!

What they arranged looked nothing like what I saw online. It was full of greenary and very few actual flowers. I needed my loved one to enjoy the flowers and after this experience, I will never trust online flower shopping again!

I ordered a deluxe arrangement to be delivered on September 5th I received a confirmation that the delivery had been made. I had to call the shop back on September 7th because the delivery had not been made on September 5th. I called the shop and was given quite the runaround I was told I would get a call back in 15 minutes after they looked into it. An hour later I called back because I had not gotten any call at all. I was then told that the delivery would be made and it would be upgraded for the inconvenience. When the delivery finally arrived it was the deluxe arrangement that I ordered. I called the shop and told them that they did not upgrade the arrangement I had already paid for the deluxe arrangement, I was told that they did upgrade they put two additional roses in the arrangement. These flowers were supposed to be a surprise which was ruined I never even got an apology for that. I did get a lot of stories and lies as to where the flowers were and what happened. I will not be ordering flowers from here ever again they are very unprofessional.

Once my favorite florist, something has changed. The current operation can accept online payment and responds with an email that they will email when the order is ready. No email was sent and I couldn't call them except to leave a messsge. There was no reply. Replying to the order acknowledgement email doesn't work, either. Some confusion about the order but payment had processed. The quality of arrangement has taken a turn for the worse. The product and customer service are disappointing. I'm happy for many good years but it's time for change.

Elkton Florist NEVER disappoints!! I have been working for Teleflora for almost a year now and have sent several arrangements, through our employee site, to family and friends in the area as well as ordered flowers through them for our church ministry. EVERYBODY who has received flowers from them have RAVED about how beautiful and fresh their flowers were. I sent flowers to my neighbor at Christmas & she wasn't home so they delivered to my house. I was soooo tempted to keep them cause they were THE most beautiful arrangement I had seen in forever. My parents ordered flowers for my birthday yesterday that came from Elkton and I'm devoting a full page spread in my scrapbook to those flowers... THAT'S how gorgeous they are!!! I'd give them 10 *** if it would let me :) I have nothing but GREAT things to say about EVERYTHING that comes out of that shop... STAFF, SERVICE, FLOWERS, EVERYTHING !!! Kudos to this flower shop !

Elkton Florist sponsored a work fundraiser and donated over 500 carnations to us. We were able to donate all the money we raised to the American Heart Association instead of using a portion of the proceeds to pay for the flower grams. It was such a generous and thoughtful gift. I have purchased several arrangements over the years and they are always beautiful. The arrangements are always fresh and last a long time. The staff is friendly and delivery is always prompt and on time. There is a wide variety of vases, arrangements, balloons, cards and other knick knacks. One stop shop for Birthdays and holidays. Best florist in Cecil County!!

If I could have given no stars, that would have been my choice. I will NEVER, let me repeat NEVER, use them again! After speaking to rude Dawn when placing my order, she told me my delivery would be to my sister (who just had surgery for breast cancer) by the end of that day. We'll of course that never happened. I called and spoke to rude Dawn the following morning and she gave me the excuse of traffic and said in a rude voice "I'm sorry but we only guarantee delivery if the order is placed by 1-1:30"! Why then, didn't she tell me that when I placed the order? If she was really sorry and wanted to keep a customer, she should have been honest! And on top of that, she charged $10 delivery for not being on time. Do yourself a favor, if you want to be foolish and order from them, call Amber, she is nice.

I placed an order with EF and upon arrival the arrangement wasn't quite what I hoped for. I called EF and explained that I was not entirely happy with it and they worked with me to ensure that I was happy with them. New arrangement delivered and it definitely had the wow factor. Plus they threw in a box of chocolates. Wasn't expecting this type of service. Bravo EF Bravo.

Called to ask a question and the lady on the phone was not very nice and just decided to laugh at my question regarding Sunday deliveries. I tried explaining that I was just doing what customer service had told me to do but she just laughed and cut me off by saying goodbye and hanging up while I was talking. Not good customer service
