Needed a last-minute Xmas gift. Was able to wait 15-20 minutes and came away with a lovely wrapped and carded present that the recipients loved. What more could I ask for as the service was fast and friendly. A reminder that they don't keep items ready made except for boxed and dipped fruit.

Ordered from them, they came and tried to deliver and said no one was there, however we were home all day. We have a driveway alarm and dogs, both would have alerted us if they had come to the right house.

I just want to let you know how happy I was to hear how delicious and the most beautiful fruit arrangement I sent to my sister who is finishing a long time of chemo and radiation. She said the fruit was the freshest she has ever had and her husband also called to compliment on how fresh and great tasting it was. He said I don't know where they get there fruit from but they better keep getting it there. Also it was huge and beautifully arranged. Thank you from the beginning of my phone call to order this, the help I got was great until the delivery. My wife had me stop by after work to pick up something for my father in-law's birthday! I had never heard of them before but the staff was friendly and directed me towards an arrangement in a grill since it was for a birthday cook out! Needless to say the arrangement was a hit - super fresh, and the pineapple truffles were delicious! Waited about 30 minutes to have it made, but impressed I was able to even get it the same day! Now that I know where they are and WHAT they are, we will be using in the future!

Ordered online and the bouquet was picked up from the Lewes location. Recipients were very pleased with their large daisy bouquet for Christmas. Fruit looked fresh and was put together nicely!! Thank you for excellent service and product.

Excellent customer service at this location! Fast friendly delivery for gifts and easy to stop in to pick up items...for hostess gifts ;-). They also have trays for catering and smoothies.

I was very disappointed. My mom was having a really bad day and I wanted to send her a edible arrangement to brighten up her day. I did my order online and paid $15 for same day delivery. I was then called immediately after I finished my order and was told by the employee that they had already traveled to my Mom's town twice that day and they would not be driving there again. Well if your store is open til 7pm and I placed my order at 11:30am I don't understand what the problem is. If a customer is paying $15 for same day delivery then it should be delivered that day regardless how many times the driver has to go out to a certain area. That's the whole reason there is a CHARGE for delivery. I had to cancel my order completely because no one would be home tomorrow.

I have ordered numerous time from this location and been satisfied. However, twice in the last month from the Lewes location I have been extremely disappointed. The first time the arrangement was never delivered. I had to call and ask them were it was? The second time the arrangement showed up a day late to the recipient .....hot! I thought deliverys were in a refrigerated vehicle?! Guess not! When I called to inform them of this I was told they do not offer refunds, store credits, etc. Over 70 dollars was spend both times and down the drain! Extremely disappointed. I will NOT be ordering from this location ever again.
