Ordered flowers 2 days in advance of the holiday, way ahead of time to be courteous. I asked the flowers be delivered before lunch time and was told no problem. Of course, that didn't happen. So I called after lunch and got a man on the phone who had ZERO customer service skills. Told me to "let him do his job" and "get off the phone so I can handle the flowers". I proceeded to tell him I was the customer and was calling because he didn't hold up his end of the bargain which was to have the flowers delivered before lunch time. I was told they can't guarantee when it will be delivered. Then I called back an hour later to check if they had been delivered, and the company took their phone off the hook. Never again.

Went in for flowers for a funeral. They were one of the only florists open on Sunday and they were so helpful and caring! Amazing customer service! Our flower arrangements turned out beautiful. Thank you!

Flowers arrived without cellophane wrap. The box the florist placed the vase with the flowers into was soaking wet. NO little packet of flower preserver was included! I spoke with a person who told me that they do this all the time & others did not complain! My daughter in law who lives in CA will not EVER use them AGAIN! Poor Customer Service.

The flowers were delivered on time. It was such a gorgeous spread with vibrant colors. There were plenty of new blooms so they would stay beautiful for quite a while. There were no wilted blossoms such as I have received from Proflowers. The arrangement was spectacular. Thank you Collingdale Florists!

I had a rush order on a Sunday morning because another florist mixed up the date. I was scrambling, trying to find someone open on Sundays. They had a large arrangement ready for me in 90 minutes and the results were stunning. They were also less expensive than the other florist! I will definitely come here again.
