Last week I went through a tragic loss, I lost my mother just shortly after her 59th birthday. I walked into Brava Vita confused and dazed. They saw a naïve 22 year old walk in their doors with no idea about the cost of flower arrangements and instead of taking advantage of me, they acted as family who was suffering the same loss I was. They bent over backwards to make my final goodbye with my mom perfect. They called ahead of time to get exact measurements of the urn and the table, they went as far as ordering my moms favorite flower, lilacs, which are out of season, to have around her urn. They made the ideas in my head realistic without making me take out a loan. They decorated picture frames with extra flowers for me at no extra cost. I recommend that Farnellis Funeral Home puts Brava Vita at the top of their local florist lists. I will use them for the rest of my life.

Owner Tina offered to go above and beyond on a Sunday even though she closes early for a possible last minute funeral arrangement idea and it is rare that you get that level of excellent customer service these days so I was very surprised as well as pleased...will be my go to florist from now on as well as recommend to family and friends..thank u Tina

My wife applied for a job at this store. The "manager" Tina told her that she was hired and she could start next week. Next week came and then it became not that week but the next week. When that week came Tina all the sudden needed "permission" from the owner who was conveniently out of state on vacation. When the owner finally came back from their 10 day vacation she told my wife she had the job and could start next week. Well now we are at "next week" and I bet you can guess what they told her. This place is a complete disgrace! Low class people working at this store. I will make sure none of my friends or family ever buy flowers here!

Had them make a head turning tropical arrangement for my girlfriend's birthday and it was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend! Will definitely use them again!
