Ordered flowers to be delivered to Pennsylvania Hospital credit card charged but no flowers delivered. Call various times and no one answered the phone. Will never do business with Bonatsos again.

I ordered the Deluxe Florist's Choice at 4am CST(I live in TX) for a friend out of surgery at Jefferson Hospital in Phil. They were delivered to the room at 2pm CST. The staff and friends remarked how nice these looked. I saw a photo and was surprised at how tall and full it was. A generous assortment of colorful flowers above a full layer of green leaves with long stems down to the bottom of the clear bulbous vase made this a good purchase. This wasn't FTD and I ordered direct from the florist online before they opened. They gave me more than I expected and faster than I expected. I highly recommend Bonatso's Flower Shop in Philly.

I placed the order yesterday so to order can get there on time Order was late phone was busy I had to call 20 times and was lie to I was told my flowers was on the truck leaving at 1 pm and i call back at 3 pm and my flowers never left

Called about 12 PM to order an arrangement. They said they couldn't promise an exact time but they said it would be that day during business hours. The destination is right across the street at Thomas Jefferson Hospital. Called at 6 PM because they never arrived. Girl on phone said they don't leave the shop until all orders are out and told me that they were working on it as we speak and it would be delivered within the next few minutes. At 10 PM called and spoke to a lady that didn't have a clue about the order found my slip and promised me a refund as they already billed me before the order was finished. Thank you Bonatsos for making me look like a cheapskate fiance that doesn't send his woman flowers when she is gravely ill. Next time be honest and don't take a person's money if you cant fill the order. I could have just made a call to another florist if you would have been an honest business.

Very rude older gentleman seemed to be the owner. Never acknowledge me standing there while he stayed on the phone taking an order. Then when he was done he never said a word about the wait and just asked what could he do for me. I asked him if he sold rose petals, he immediately just said no and turned away. This flower shop not very friendly!

Normally my mom really loves the arrangements that are left up to your professional staff. I've been going with that option for at least three years (better option). This year she was disappointed. Her verbatim remarks was that the arrangement lacked artistry. She said it seemed as if an intern created it without quality assurance checks from an experienced flower arranger. I know you are capable of better, so I will be back in hopes that you can redeem yourself. Many thanks for your many years of fine arrangements.

My order was supposed to come yesterday after calling them on my own after the time past that's when I found out it was not coming and they insured me that for the inconvenience they would upgrade me to the premium and that they will deliver it before 12 the next day .. the next day they delivered it exactly at 12 which is not before 12... and if you consider that a premium her which is something so small and I was not satisfied for what I got at all I suggest before you purchase anything to physically look at what you're paying for... that arrangement was so small to be considered a premium which is $100 or more for premium premium to me should be spectacular and large I could have made a better one at home with less money

Ordered a funeral arrangement giving more than 24-hours notice, and they refunded my order first saying they didn't have enough time to make the spray, then said they have too many weddings booked. The refund notification says "Reason For Refund: No stock/inappropriate substitution". Seriously, any good florist can make a beautiful spray substituting flowers. Do not call these people for funeral flowers.

I live in Boston, and my girlfriend lives in Philadelphia, so I was nervous when I initially called them. The man who answered my call was SUPER friendly, and when I mentioned that she would get home after 5, assured they'd deliver after that time frame. They arrived just fine, and the flowers were beautiful. However, they were left in the foyer, and the delivery person did not call, or ring the doorbell, but they were safe nonetheless! Absolutely recommend for same delivery in the area, but mention you'd like for them to call the recipient! Will do business with them in the future.
