Not what it used to be. Overpriced for flowers and delivery. Only order candies at certain times. If sold out must wait till their order schedule which could be months from time you want product.

We are so impressed with Blue Moon's work for our wedding! Our consultant was Sammy, and she did a great job walking us through everything we would need in helping us create a vision. It wasn't very floral - just a few fat, blush garden roses here and there; mostly eucalyptus, wheat stalks, and other non-floral natural elements - but it all came out GORGEOUS. And everything is drying out perfectly!! The bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, flower girl crown, ceremony arch, and cake adornments were all really affordable, too. They are our florist for life.

Very poor experience. The girls at the desk were rude. I asked for specific flowers and those flowers were not received. They made an arrangement of whatever. For the price, this is unacceptable.

Blue Moon did the flowers for my wedding on April 7th at Brandywine Manor House and I can't even begin to describe how beautiful they were!!!! Ami (the owner) is so sweet and knowledgeable when it comes to flowers. I told her I wanted the reception to feel like a 'field of wildflowers' and she COMPLETELY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! All of the arrangements (bouquets, garlands, flower boxes, mason jars) were full, bright and colorful. Besides the gorgeous flowers- Ami was super flexible with all of my little adjustments throughout the planning process and the prices were really reasonable too. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!! BLUE MOON IS THE BEST!!!

My boyfriend shops here often, and more recently than not the flowers wilt the next day. I always fill the water up when I get them home and all of the stems are I’m water. I’m a florist, I know how to care for arrangements, and I know they should last about about a week. I hate that he spends all this money on an arrangement, and they don’t even last 24 hours.

Blue Moon Florist has been my and my family's go-to florist for years, and they have always impressed us! Whatever the occasion, Blue Moon delivered exactly what we wanted/needed - for funerals, proms, dances, holidays, Mother's Day, every day flowers, and soon - my wedding!!! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my big day - they are by far the best florist around! Their decor is also always amazing. I go there for all of my jewelry, and when I want to redecorate, or feel like my room is missing something, I always find it here! Not to mention, the staff really knows what they're talking about, whether it's for my flowers or for design ideas!! I would recommend them to anyone, anywhere, for any occasion. At our first meeting with Blue Moon Florist, we were immediately impressed by Jill's enthusiasm for our ideas and her expertise at recommending the best flowers to fit our vision. I knew what color combinations I wanted and the general style of the bouquets, but I did not know what flowers would work best, so I knew I could trust Jill and her team to create something beautiful. The bouquets were even more beautiful than I had hoped! My bridal bouquet had the full, over-flowing look I had wanted, without being too large or cumbersome. The filled cylinder centerpieces we selected with floating candles and submerged flowers looked so romantic and unique on the tables. Blue Moon was so helpful every step of the way while we were planning. They didn't even mind me coming in a few times with my other centerpiece decorations to test it out with the cylinders. Thank you, Jill & team, for your amazing work!

Ami and her team at Blue Moon were absolutely amazing! When I met with Ami to discuss my vision for our wedding she got it immediately, I showed her different photos of things I liked and I just felt like we immediately clicked. She had great suggestions for everything but I never felt pushed into anything. With a wedding there's so much going on and I knew I didn't have to worry about the flowers anymore, they were in good hands. Whenever I had a question or change the response was almost immediate. I even asked if I could get an idea of what everything would look like and she did a mock up for me, which really helped me see it all come together. The day of the wedding I walked into the venue and was just in shock...it all looked amazing! It was more than I could have ever imagined. Thank you Blue Moon Florist and Ami for making it all possible! It was absolutely beautiful!

I'm leaving a poor review for this company because I'm disappointed in how they handled my request. I'm getting married in October of 2019 and have a LOT of arrangements to make. I wanted to get a head start on getting prices and arrangement ideas so that I could start chipping away little by little at this wedding planning thing. I emailed Blue Moon and requested a consultation appointment. A woman called me back and stated that I should call back in a few months when the wedding is closer. My instant reaction was, that isn't really your decision to make. I'm in the process of gathering information before I make a decision. And I don't think I'm in the wrong for starting the process early. But, if that's how they run their business, then that's how they run it. All I know is that I have contacted 5 other florists, all of whom have arranged appointments for me to meet them to go over arrangements and pricing, and I will choose one of them. Blue Moon is no longer on my list.

I spent more time shopping around for florists than I did a wedding dress. I was actually recommended by my dental hygienist to use them and I am so happy I did. From the day I walked in and met with Sammy, she was so friendly, efficient, and sweet. I had a vision For my bouquet and my centerpieces were rather unconventional. I met with Sammy again a few weeks before my wedding, had a few pictures and told her “do your thing” - and she did not disappoint. I had full confidence that she knew what I wanted and that she had the creativity to recreate it, and she did. They were a hit! I definitely recommend this florist. Oh and also, they are VERY fairly priced and affordable. I shopped around, and for the quality and price, they are the best bang for your buck.

Flowers for my wedding were beautiful! I used a photo for inspiration and Sammie was able to recreate it and advance on it using my wedding colors. The flowers lasted several days after the wedding, and several guests took home the centerpieces because they looked so good. They arrived at the venue on time and the tables were set up quickly. They were really easy to talk with and helped me pick less expensive flowers before I paid a deposit. However 4/5 stars - I wanted to use my own ribbons, so I dropped them off. The day of, my flowers were delivered and my ribbons weren't attached. I never heard why they weren't used, and had to ask for them to be mailed back to me.

Long story short, I booked my flowers for my wedding last minute, about a month before, but Blue Moon accommodated me and made my Beauty and the Beast theme looks absolutely amazing with all the roses! Their prices were also very reasonable. The owner even called me and told me he would personally deliver my flowers to the venue if need be since winter decided to start the day of my wedding in January. I highly recommend them to everyone. They go above and beyond and their customer service is absolutely wonderful!
