Barb was great to work with. She is so personable, funny, caring. I enjoyed talking to her about my wedding and my furry children. She helped me my vision come to life and gave me tips on how to hang flowers as I had a small wedding and did everything myself. The flowers were absolutely stunning as well. They were so fresh and they even lasted for weeks afterwards! She handled any problem I encountered. Sent me updates through mail. She was amazing to work with. I was given a dozen yellow long stem roses for Valentines Day, from them. When I opened them, 1 was brown at the stem and fell off, multiple stems were not in the plastic tubes of water, and all of the green leaves were dead. This bouquet was horrible from day 1. We took a picture of it, and I urged him to call, he thought they would get better in water by the next day. A day later they all dropped over. When you pay $80.00 for flowers, they should last at least a week. So Sad he frequents this place a lot. NOT ANY MORE. When he called to explain the situation... The woman on the phone was rude, and said I will LET SOMEONE KNOW!!!! WHAT???? You just lost repeat business... NOT VERY SMART!!!!
