The worst!! 1.800 flowers used you for flowers I was supposed to get. You told them you delievered Friday. You lied! Then you said they would come today. You lied! AND you hung up on 1.800 flowers when they tried to call you..GOOD LUCK in the future because I'll make sure no one uses either of you.

Horrible! Nothing like pictured. Absolutely embarrassing, buyer beware. Currently one of the only florists in the Suburban Philadelphia area on 1-800-FLOWERS. Don't buy from them. I am not saying that it was a little off, I am saying WAY off. The cat's nose was even upside down, they used bunny ears for it and half the face was missing. Just awful!

Ordered through 1 800 flowers and they marked the order as delivered when it never was. Ended up having to wait until 8pm for them to get delivered, putting a dent in my Friday evening. Better to just order from a reliable local florist

when you go to 1-800 Flowers and post the review, for some reason it shows up as the flower shop . The flowers were great. The service was fine they deliver them on time. The problem was one 1-800 Flowers . Their customer service was beyond horrible . Axelrod flowers for just fine. Sorry for the confusion. I am changing my rating, but warning to everybody, 1-800 Flowers has got the most horrible customer service ever.

I don't get to send my significant other flowers nearly as often as I'd like but the last 2 times I've sent flowers I went with Axelrod. I always like using local flower shops, Axelrod has done an awesome job and I will definitely be using them again.

It was me and my wife's anniversary yesterday.i bought some flower from Axelrod Flowers shop on Friday I asked them to do me a favor and they did.one of the workers named Dennis took home this beautiful flowers name elegant wishes they were very nice. Dennis took them home after hours and I was able to pick them up so that I could surprise my wife yesterday morning. When I showed heryhe flowers she started to cry but they were good tears she said they were beautiful and to me that's all that mattered to me. So I wanted thank for all your hardwork and dedication you put in them flowers I would buy more flower from you soon and in the future. I received these flowers as a gift. Initially the flowers were sent to an incorrect address, because they were GIVEN the incorrect address. But on calling, by the sender, and being told of the mistake, they re-sent the bouquet, complimentary- this time to the correct recepient - me. And Boy, is this a Beautiful Bouquet. Thank you Amy

This place is HORRIBLE!! I had flowers sent to my office for Valentine’s Day a day before the holiday intentionally to avoid the rush the day of. (My guy is smart !) The flowers I received however were in horrible condition. Petals were missing from my sunflowers. Flowers are wilted and some are literally falling down to the side of it vase. I work for a major insurance company in Philadelphia.one of the biggest health nationally. I have displayed these flowers and the shops information to let others know not order from here for their gifts. Horrible presentation. 100 years of service and this is your product. I also have pictures of my flowers and the delivery form to prove date and delivery. Absolutely unacceptable.

Very disappointed with this place. I order flower deliveries all the time but unfortunately my usual places were unable to deliver to my location this time. Normally flower deliveries go out early morning/early afternoon so around 12pm I gave them a call to confirm my order. They couldn’t find my order in the system, they eventually did. I asked if they knew what time the delivery was scheduled for and they couldn’t tell me because they were not sure. Fast forward to 3:00pm still no delivery I call back to have a very rude women answer who once again can not tell me anything about my delivery besides that it should be there soon. The delivery never made it on time and they had to re deliver the following day. Safe to say I will never order from here again and hope to find another flower place in the area who has way better customer service.

My husband ordered flowers for Valentine's Day on 2/7 through 1-800-FLOWERS. This is the local florist they sent the order to. They called me around 5:00 on Valentine's day saying they could not make it in time to deliver because the had so many orders. She said they would deliver the next day and include an box of chocolates due to the delay. The flowers were delivered around 3:20 on 2/15 and did not include the chocolate as promised. I am beyond dissatisfied. That isn't even mention that they are sparse in comparison to the picture of what was supposed to arrive.

Thank you Axelrod Flower's I feel so freaking awesome. My daughter received my Valentine's Day Gift. And the pictures that my baby mom took of her she looks like she loves them flowers whit the candy's, bear and balloon, I was worry because I am in Buffalo N.York and she is in Philadelphia P.A but I am guessing not every body are the same I didn't not have to be in Philadelphia P.A to be close to my daughter thanks to you and all the all the trust that I put it on you you did not let me down in feel more closely to my daughter then ever. My husband surprised me for my birthday with a beautiful arrangement of daisies and roses. Delivery was a little slow and I got the flowers and the rose buds didnt bloom yet. I thought they would grow over time but the next day they wilted. I told my husband that I watered them, put it in sunlight and they still wilted the next day. I didnt even get that food packet that normally comes with flowers. We wont be ordering from them again.

Awful awful awful service!!! My husband ordered flowers as a SURPRISE for my birthday, and they were due to be delivered Friday before noon. At 12:15 I get a call from the shop telling me I needed to wait for the delivery, completely ruining the surprise. I told them I could not and that they should deliver them Monday instead. They confirmed they would deliver them by 4pm. Monday comes around and no flowers. I get a call at 3:15 asking me to wait. I tell them I cannot and that the flowers were already a day late. I was then promised delivery by 4pm. At 4:10 I had to leave for the day, still no flowers, call the shop and am again asked to wait! I could not believe that given my order was already a day late and all elements of surprise were ruined that the shop would not make the re-delivery a priority. Not only did they sill not deliver but they again asked me to wait! It is now 12:30 on day three and STILL no flowers! I have now been told they will be here by 3. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!! All the happiness that should go with receiving SURPRISE birthday flowers has been completely ruined by this incompetent business! AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!

I didn't get to view my actual purchase but the recipients i had sent them to stated they were beautiful. Most reasonable found price in the north Philadelphia area, they also had free delivery for local online orders which was great. Will most likely be ordering again in future.

I would never use this flourist, my team purchased flower for me for Admin day and they never came. The next day I call and they deliverd them and the arrangement looked like it sat in the car all night, the flower were wilted and the plastic there were wrapped in was ripped. We received an email stating they were delivered on Wednesday but they were never delivered. I as told they would send me out a fresh arrangment the next day and it never came, I called again and now I'm suppose to get my arrangement on Friday. If I was suppose to receive them on Wednesday by Friday i'm over it.

Total waste of Money...spent $90.00 to have flowers delivered to an empty office...next time Call local florist in your neighborhood and talk to a real person.. I Ordered flowers and requested flowers be delivered by 2:30, finally showed up at 4:00. The person left way before the flowers arrived. and the delivery person actually was rude about it... like its our fault and looking back I should have used a local florist.

This place is horrible. My daughter ordered flowers for me and they were supposed to be delivered to my work on the Thursday before Mothers Day. They never came. I got them in a parking lot the next day while I was out to dinner. The flowers did not last for more than three or four days. Poor Quality.... They tried to make it up to me and sent me new flowers. They were supposed to be delivered the Saturday before Mothers day, never got them. They came on Mothers Day. I just threw them out this morning because they smelled so bad. The water in the vase was changed every day, and it shouldn't have to be. it was horrible.

I don’t understand why so many people complain. I liked my experience at the flower shop. I came in person , ordered the bouquet for my sister’s birthday, waited about 15 min while checking my email and text messages; went to my car to talk on the phone , came back to the store and the bouquet was ready ! If you really care about someone , go order the flower bouquet in person. That way you will not be disappointed

I'll bet you can find better. I received an arrangement as a gift. Lilies had creases & missing petals, others with stems broken. I called to report these problems and the woman on the phone apologized and offered to send some replacement flowers I could insert the next day. Nice response, but I shouldn't have had to call in the first place.

I was very disappointed when my wife showed me the arrangement. It was her Bday that day. What i ordered online was something totally different than what my wife showed me. The balloon that said happy bday was half way filled up. Im not one to put a negative comment for just anything. If you don't want to be disappointed make your purchase somewhere else

I wanted to discuss how much of a terrible experience I have had on Valentines Day through this florist. My husband was trying to surprise with gifts delivered to my job and it NEVER SHOWED UP! He was on the phone with them all day during Valentines day with them promising that it will be delivered to my job before I left which is right around the corner from them. Guess what happened?? It never showed up. No courtesy call nothing. The following day, my husband called asking for his money back and they were still trying to deliver the gifts (after Valentines Day). He demanded for his money back and they tried to give him the run around stating that they were overwhelmed. Then they gave him a technical support phone number that does not even handle reimbursements. I think if they were not able to manage deliveries during important holidays like this, then they should either hire more delivery drivers, provide courtesy calls if they will not make the delivery, or put a cap on their site of deliveries and orders. This was very stressful for my husband and there was definitely a lack of communication with this company. We will NEVER purchase from them again. Thanks but no thanks. Signed angry customer.

I ordered flowers for my anniversary to be delivered on 2/22. I ordered through 1-800 flowers and selected the delivery time to be between 3pm and 6pm. I got a call at 1:38pm saying that my flowers are sitting on the steps to my back door. On your website it says you highly discourage this and that it’s bad for the flowers to be outside in the cold. Well I’m not home until 2:30pm at the earliest. So now my flowers have been sitting out in the rain for an hour in 44 degree weather. Worst florist ever if you value your customers. The delivery slip that was attached to the flowers even says deliver between 3pm and 6pm.
