We chose Paul Buettner Florist from Minnesota to send a bouquet to Grandma in South Windsor, CT. It was pretty much blind faith; we'd never heard of the florist and chose them mostly because they are close to Grandma's workplace. Grandma loved the flowers. They're beautiful. The bouquet brightened her day at work and came home for the weekend.

Was not my first choice but glad I chose to come here in the end. I dealt with two highly ranked florists trying to get an arrangement made for my boyfriend. When they found out what the arrangement was for refused to service as it was a guy giving to a guy. Paul went above and beyond spoke with me for about an hour helping me make a decision to make sure there was no stress with my limited information on flowers and even told me I could come in before scheduled hours to have everything put together the same day so was freshest and I would not be rushed in meeting boyfriend for breakfast. I have moved away but I still call them from Tampa, FL for my flower needs for nearly 45 years. They know my voice over the phone when I call and that makes it such a personal experience!

The arrangements are always fresh and we get many positive comments from people they were given to. What an amazing place. 3rd Generation locally-owned florist in East Hartford Connecticut very worth going to. Mindy greeted me at the door help me to get a beautiful bouquet for my wife who worked on the street. Incredibly knowledgeable so much better shopping local with somebody who knows what they're doing and how to do it.

Originally from East Hartford, CT I knew that after moving to Atlanta in 1994, I would need a go-to Florist for various needs as all of our family was still in the Hartford area. I opened a house-account with Paul Buettner in 1995 and they have been the absolute best! I've even used them for needs in other states throughout the country. I can't say enough about how professional and courteous they are and their arrangements are second to none!
