Nice florist, very nice people Downtown Stamford. For nicer floral arrangements, either made-to-order or choose from plants and flowers, usually a nice selection. A little expensive but excellent service.

All I can say is WOW WOW WOW !!! I hired Nobu for an event ,I was hosting and had the pleasure of working with their designer Vincent. His designs are beautiful and what great customer service . My husband and I used Nobu for out wedding this past June. Margaret was such a pleasure to work with. Being a same-sex couple, we weren't sure how she would react when we walked in and said we wanted flowers for our wedding. She treated us with respect and kindness, made wonderful suggestions, but never tried to force us to order things we didn't need or want. Plus, the flowers were just BEAUTIFUL! I wish we lived nearby to order from there all the time.

Sadly, this florist appears to be out of business, but that didn't stop them from taking an online delivery order, charging my credit card, and not delivering nor responding to any of my emails, phone calls, or in-person visits. Buyer beware!!

I have used Nobu in the past. No regrets. This time I purchased 2 bouquets on the Friday before Mother's Day and i was pretty unhappy with the outcome. One of the bouquets ~$100 was smaller and less attractive than other bouquets being processed on the premises. Designer claimed that they used superior flowers on my bouquet. The other bouquet was outright tiny. I ended up going to another florist to get another bouquet to replace the smaller one. A business has the right to make a profit, but the customer should not feel like they were fleeced.

Placed a phone order. Fortunately I called back an hour later asking for a receipt to be emailed to me. The receipt contained specific information about the order and I learned that instead of the recipient being 'Ellen', they had 'Allan', the message which included the word 'you're' was spelled as 'your're' and they misspelled my name in the closing salutation as well. This arrangement was going to a client so you can imagine how this would have been less than ideal. Assume arrangement was as pictured on their web site. Would suggest Nobu spellcheck while order is being taken or always sending a copy of the details of the order for confirmation.

I called another florist in Port Chester several times (to send flowers to someone in Port Chester). After getting no answer, I tried Nobu in Stamford. Margaret was very nice, assured me the flowers would be better than the picture, and told me she would deliver them personally. I got a message later that day saying it was an "amazing floral arrangement!" Thanks Nobu!!

Highly highly recommend this florist. The people there are extremely kind and helpful. The flowers are lovely and blew pass my expectations. I ordered some flowers yesterday for Wife as a surprise since it was going to be our 5th year anniversary. They went above and beyond for me. The prices are affordable and the quality is the best I've seen. I also like their door bell, very unique.
