Called and paid for flowers to be delivered at the hotel i would be staying at for my one year anniversary with my wife. Woman on the phone explained everything would be taken care of and reassured me things would go as planned. Well i check into the hotel and managment tells me they delivered the flowers a week early, and when asked if they want the hotel to call me the flower shop said no they would call me and fix the situation. Well guess what. I have not recieved any phone call, no new flowers were sent on the correct date and now im sittin here at check in knowing when i go upstairs now there will be NO FLOWERS for my wife to walk into. So good for a romantic gesture and so good for good buisness. To top it off the florist is closed today so im left looking like a idoit 50$ out and no flowers.

Montville Florist was called up to correct another florist company's wilted and lacking bouquet delivery yesterday. Montville Florist showed up today with a stunning bouquet that blew the other florist's delivery out of the water! Thank you so much!!!!

This shop came highly recommended to me when I was in need of a corsage for my sons prom date. After consulting with the florist I placed the order. I was not there when my son picked up the corsage, but when I saw the it I was not pleased, thou it was gorgeous it was not what I envisioned. It was after 8pm on a Friday night, prom was the next day and I was feeling silly about my emotions over this corsage. I kindly emailed the shop and asked if there was anything that could be done. I immediately got a response that was courteous and grateful for the opportunity to make it right. Upon my arrival the very next morning, the florist was already working on a new arrangement and it was exactly what I envisioned. Making floral arrangements is an art and everyone has a different perspective on what they want. Though we had a miscommunication at first the final product was exactly on point and I believe the shop handled my issue in the most respectful way. Customer service goes along way and this shop does it right! Will use them again! Thank you!

This place is wonderful! Sisters own it and they really DO turn your feelings into flowers. They have a lot of really great gifts and cards for ANY occasion. I absolutely love getting flowers from this place. My boyfriend buys me just because flowers and he has gotten them from this florist and they are breathtaking. I always come home to a beautiful surprise and the flowers are so full and blooming..Not sure what he pays but it is worth his money because it makes me feel so special.

I called my mother who owns a flower shop in Rocky Hill to send to a co-worker for her last day. The flowers were delivered a day early and the recipient was not in. I contacted Montville Florist as soon as I was notified and they happily redelivered today. All requests were perfect bright and colorful and did not use any of the flowers that were requested not to be used!! Thank you for being so helpful and easy to work with.
