Michelle did three beautiful floral arrangements for my Dad's wake. Having not lived in Manchester for more than 30 years, I didn't know which florist to pick, but selected Michelle's Florals based on an arrangement my mother had received the day I called Michelle. I called at 4:20 (somewhat distraught at the time) and she closed at 5 and she said come on over anyway. She kindly and gently guided me through selecting different but complimentary arrangements from my mother, my sister and me and the grandchildren. They were absolutely beautiful and captured exactly what we were trying to convey. To my surprise, my book club (from western Mass) also somehow ended up with Michelle's Florals and sent the most beautiful fresh cut flowers I had ever seen (hydrangea and lily's). Michelle is kind, responsive, wonderful at providing gentle advice and assurance, and makes absolutely beautiful arrangements. My sister and I can't thank her enough.

I purchased flowers from 1800flowers and "Michelle's" on Talcottville Road sent the most skimped down version of the flowers possible. Notice about a dozen roses and peonies missing from what was delivered. The florist told me they sent a "beautiful" bouquet but I have photos to prove otherwise. They also told me that the flowers I buy on 1800flowers are "photoshopped." That doesn't seem like my problem. Finally, when I asked them to stop communicating with the recipient and deal with me she said "I won't be ripped off by you!" and hung up!!! I'm not sure who's being ripped off here but it doesn't seem like me.

Ordered an artful arrangement for $150 which turned out to be a mostly bunch of flowers which are not in the photo crammed into a cheap vase. Absolutely nothing like the photograph. Buyer Beware.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH OWNERS WAY OF RECTIFYING ,THEIR WRONG.PAID FOR A FLOWER ARRANGEMENT THAT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY SISTER 3-17-18. Terrible customer service, stood at the cash register for an unreasonable amount of time waiting to pick something up. On several occasions during this visit, two employees making arrangements saw me and another gentlemen waiting and made no attempt to help us, or get someone who could. I have had poor customer service here on one other occasion but figured everybody has their days, but this was pathetic. I"m finding that this establishment has taken an attitude lately of "when we are ready to serve you". When the owner finally came out with a gruff cant be bothered attitude I walked out. I try to support local businesses as much as I can but I will take it elsewhere from now on. I have better customer service at the DMV. The only reason one star was posted was because it wouldn't let me post otherwise.

I went to Michelle's Florals to get an arrangement for my sister in law's wake. I knew the types of flowers and color scheme I wanted, and Michelle suggested some additional ones to complete the arrangement. When I saw the arrangement at the funeral home, I was very happy. The flowers looked exactly as I had hoped they would--fresh, vibrant and colorful. Excellent job! Sandy G
