I was hosting a women's empowerment free local event and wanted to gift each woman with a flower. I called around to numerous local shops with no luck until I called Le Francois. I spoke with Joanne who was so pleasant and agreeded to sponsor some flowers.The flowers were so beautifully vibrant and fresh. Each one had ribbon attached to them and placed into water tubes. Thank you so much Joanne for not only being so charitable, but for also taking pride in your flowers. The women absolutely loved them!

I spent $50.00 on a sympathy arrangement. I was convinced to upgrade from the $40.00 arrangement my the sales woman on the phone. I was calling from Florida. I wanted to use a LOCAL florist rather than an on-line business. The friend that received the flowers was grateful & appreciative, of course. But we are close friends and when she sent me some pictures I was EMBARRASSED at the small arrangement. So I asked her for her HONEST opinion. I asked her if she thought it was worth the $50.00 I paid. That doesn't include the delivery charge or taxes either. She said no. It looked like a $5 - $7 bouquet you could pick up anywhere. I was also disappointed by the over-use of the purple flowers in the mix. Most "Sympathy" arrangements are done with mostly white flowers, as far as I have ever seen. When I called the shop the next day I asked to speak to the owner. I emailed her the pictures and told her of my embarrassment & disappointment she wasn't concerned at all. Didn't really seem to care. Offered me $10 discount on a FUTURE purchase. Told me that she has never seen a mostly white colored sympathy arrangement. She must believe my friend lied because she told me that the arrangement was at least 15-17 inches high. It is just over 13 inches. The owner also told me that she did not see the arrangement. She was away the day before. Obviously she trusts her workers completely and blindly sides with their work even when a customer complains. Being out of state, I have ordered many flowers for many occasions just as I did here. I have NEVER had a complaint or made a complaint until now. If you want over-priced, under-sized arrangements, shop here. Yes, the flowers were pretty and fresh. They were also embarrassingly small. I would never use them again. Maybe you can ask them for my $10.00 discount. I'll not be using it!!!

I just don't believe Rich Newton. It's fishy that the recipient would have pictures of this sympathy arrangement and that would even come up as a topic at a time like that!!! I have used this florist for all my local Norwich needs and I live in Chicago. I have NEVER had an issue with either the flowers or customer service. They always deliver beautiful arrangements unlike some of the national toll free numbers. One time my mom called and said it looked like someone dropped the arrangement. Without any argument, a new, freshly arranged bouquet was delivered the next day.

You can order over the phone but you should go in person if you can because the shop is always filled with tons of beautiful decorations and gift items. I have loved everything that I have gotten there! Happy staff too!

I called looking for a floral arrangement for my future sister-in-law who is getting married this weekend. Unfortunately I am across the country and can't make it back in time, so I really wanted something special to welcome her into the family. Le Francois' Floral did not let me down!!!! The delivery was timely and the arrangement was absolutely perfect! The colors were gorgeous and the flowers were so fresh! I received a phone call as soon as my sister received the arraignment, she was so excited and the colors match her wedding colors perfectly. Will definitely be placing orders in the future. JoAnne did the flowers for my wedding and they were gorgeous! She did such a good job with colors, types of flowers and captured exactly what I wanted. She also worked very closely with me to make my flower crown and a flower collar for my dog who was in the wedding. Not only were her flowers beautiful she also set them all up at the wedding venue for us! We didnt have to worry about a thing.

The lovely ladies did a fabulous job of getting us out of a flower debacle for our daughter's wedding. They were able to replace wilting flowers purchased from a lesser store. My only regret is that I didn't use them first. Friendly, Fast and just Fabulous!
