The absolute worst FTD florist. Also unethical. Paid for the largest bouquet got the smallest. When I called they said they took the delivery fee (which I paid FTD for), a design fee (seriously?), and god knows what else. I would not trust these people as far as I could throw them.

I called Horan's on New Years Eve (today) at almost 2pm EST for a same-day delivery. The occassion was unpleasant, and urgent. I called from Wisconsin, and needed something delivered today. I had called several florists in the Farmington Valley who were unable to help deliver flowers to my dear friend today. Of course, I understand that it is New Years Eve, and many businesses are closing early or very busy. No one that I spoke with who denied my request was impolite... however... no one except Horan's Flower Shop was able to help me. Brooke who answered my call was able to take care of my very sad one-day delivery during a holiday in less than 20 minutes. She was sweet, considerate, efficient, and accommodating. The delivery driver, who was already out shipping orders, was kind enough to make one more stop. I couldn't have asked for a better florist to work with during such a difficult time... and I can not thank Brooke and their delivery driver enough for helping me. Many blessings to them in the New Year.

A very disappointing experience with a lack of professionalism. My family wanted to send my sister flowers for her birthday. The flowers she received were wilted, old and smashed. When I explained the situation they said send pictures in an email and the owner will call me back. Instead, the owner emailed me back saying "have your sister water them." Not only was it an insulting comment but really, when you receive flowers that look half dead I think it's beyond watering. How embarrassing for this shop to conduct business like that and provide no customer satisfaction when we pay OVER $100 for this bouquet. NOT WORTH IT! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I ordered $100 bouquet for same day delivery off of their website for a birthday present. What was delivered was old, wilting flowers that was a far cry from the picture posted. The owner dismissed my concerns and refused to provide a call back but instead sent a generic email and did not honor the guarantee on their website of full satisfaction. Buyers beware.
