Amazing responsiveness and customer service. In the fog of losing my mother, I had completely forgotten to order a flower arrangement on behalf of the grandchildren. I called them with only a few hours to go before the Wake began. Not only were they kind and compassionate, they delivered a beautiful standing arrangement on time, well before the first participants began to arrive.
