I ordered a plant arrangement for delivery for friends who just moved to the area as a housewarming gift. When I got to their new house a week later, I saw the most measly planter and a few scrawny plant on the mantel. What an embarrassment for $75. I have another occasion to send the same friends flowers today and I will not be calling Forever Yours.

I literally just left this place. They are so friendly and understanding. Being a single mother of a 7 yr and 13 month old, i only had $35 to spare for flowers. I needed them in a vase also as it was for a 2nd grade teacher. They put together the most beautiful batch of flowers i have ever seen. My daughter even found a flower she fell in love with and they put that flower in the bouquet as well. I will surely be going back for any of my flower needs. They rang up the total as $33 bc of tax. It came out to $35.10. I ended up finding another doller and added it to my total, with them just giving me back the dollar and not even taking it for the 10 cents!

Ordered a plant basket for a funeral and came totally different from my order. Bare looking and not the same plants that was in the order. Very disappointed.

My husband paid for same day delivery, got them the next day. They called my job to ask if I was there, not a surprise anymore. Will never order from them or 1800Flowers again.

Horrible customer service. I was denied service because I wanted to prepay for my flowers. They said I couldnt do that so I asked them to make a bouquet and I will be right back to pay for. Around thirty minutes later I return and ask for the bouquet. Employees response, "We can't make it without the customer in the store." My reaction
