Flowers 'N Such did such a beautiful job with my wedding flowers. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and Sally was very detailed and organized. When the bridesmaid dresses came in my mom took them to Sally to show her and she completely changed the color of the roses so it would work better with the dress! They were so calm, sweet and reassuring and everyone commented on our flowers !

We ordered Birthday flowers yesterday for a friend whom lives at the Village At Hunt Glen in Granby. I asked them to call her, and then leave the Flowers on the porch. Well, big mistake, they called and left her a " voice mail " and then left the flowers on the porch. We lived in Ct for over seven years and understand the weather changes. We did not hear from our friend today so we called her neighbor and she told us that our friend was at the cape for a few days. She went over to check on the flowers and they were frozen! I called the flower shop this morning an explained to them what happened. We were surprised they left the flowers without talking to her, and just left a voiced-mail. I asked Flower's & Stuff if they would extend themselves and make another deliver on Monday. They called back and said yes, they would wave the delivery fee but we would have to pay another $35.00. I believe they handled this issue very poorly and a lousy PR move. If they would have gone out of their way, this review would have been completely different. Small town, small business. Unfortunately, the old days of going the extra mile for people are gone!

A wonderful family run florist. Sally, Rachel and Kate do a phenomenal job with arrangements. They did my daughters wedding flowers and we had pumpkin centerpieces which were just beautiful.
