Gorgeous bouquet for my daughter. I will never use the large online florists again. Flowers are often substandard. I never received my flowers for Mother's Day from the popular online florist. Ordered an extra large fruit basket on the 15th to be delivered on the 16th. With the order was a guarantee of a delivery receipt to my email. After not receiving receipt to ascertain when and to whom delivered, called late in the afternoon of the 16th and was told driver was still out but upon return would email time/to whom delivered. That email never came. On the 17th emailed them asking for delivery information. That attempt to get the delivery information also has yet to be answered, now 2 days later and still nothing. If I wasn't in Georgia and they in Ct I'd camp out at the storefront wearing a sandwich board to advise customers to Beware. Beware. Beware

Worst service experience ever. Placed an online order for a flower delivery, called multiple times to make sure flowers will be delivered & they never got delivered on the day I requested. Would not recommend going here.

We needed some flowers for a funeral. Somewhat short notice. But, I wanted a simple, elegant arrangement of roses in a vase. The arrangement arrived in plenty of time. And, it was just what I had pictured in my mind. Just beautiful. The roses were open just enough and so fresh! They remained the same even for the next day (and that room was warm). I would recommend this florist anytime. I wish we lived closer.

A time of sympathy, ordering flowers for my very special brother long distance was not easy. I spoke to several florist, gathering information, however, I did not feel a connection that led me to believe that this was anything but a business transaction. When I called Raes Dillon-Chapin their tone said everything to me. They were helpful and patient, and kind. This was an indicator to me of the care that would also go into the preparation the arrangement. The flowers were absolutely wonderful!!! Many, many thanks!!!
