Mr. Dillon came back to the shop and met with us personally when he heard that we were ordering flowers for a funeral. He listened to every request that I had and created the most beautiful casket spray, cross and heart pillow for my Mother-in Law. He even sent a beautiful corsage that was a gift from him. The flowers were so well done that so many people asked where we had bought them. I would suggest going into the store and ordering rather than online. They have beautiful flowers, he will listen to what you want if you give instructions and the work is high quality. I will definitely go back there again!!

Horrible crooked company they asked me what my budget was agreed to everything and then sent the order short my girls had no flowers to walk down with. The flowers were also coming out of the holder with the slightest of movement. Horrible experience and when i went to complain they just said that they sent everything and then adjusted the receipt to change the scenario crooked i was told by another florist not to use them did i mention they also doctored the receipt. Horrible. I want to give no star

I ordered flowers for my wedding. They looked pretty however they fell apart from the slightest movement. Also he did not send the correct arrangements for the church and did not want to fix them for what I ordered and showed him a picture of.

An Ordered was placed for a spray for a viewing, and what was ordered and what was received were completely different... a phone call to the flower shop was made several times... the end result was the owner being extremely nasty, yelling on the phone and hanging up.... He is EXTREMELY unprofessional... during a difficult time, one shouldn't have to worry about flowers or arguing over an error on their part... it's sad and pathetic that this is how they run this business... it's all about the money, not a care in the world for the person who spent it... sad, pathetic and disgusting...

I ordered a spray from this place a few days ago on the recommendation of the funeral home. All sounded great until I saw the picture of the arrangement that was received. It looked nothing like what they had advertised online. There were green spray painted roses on the arrangement that was sent meanwhile what was advertised called the Magnificent Life Spray has nothing with spray paint on it. We called the florist so the matter would be fixed and we were told at first yes they would make good on it. We called today and all that we received was yelling,screaming and total rudeness. You guys are unprofessional and you have zero customer service skills! I wouldn't recommend you guys at all. Btw your florist skills are subpar! However your skills at lying and ripping people off are excellent!

The only place I buy flowers!! Not cheap but not overpriced. They wrap and box and always have what I need. Wish they had some house plants but still an awesome shop. But don't call ahead if you know they are going to be busy. The shop is kinda stuck in the stone age and they don't have an up to date way of keeping call orders organized. You better off coming in and waiting in line.
